"My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk and staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of transport options and dining choices nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone! A special thanks to the hotel staff for their incredible help. From pre-arrival communication to handling requests during my stay, everything was incredibly prompt, making my entire trip much more relaxing and enjoyable. Their service is professional yet personal, truly making you feel at home."
"This Hotel Vischio Osaka by JR West is in an absolutely fantastic location! It's just a few minutes' walk from Higobashi subway station, making it super convenient to get to Nakanoshima and the Science Museum. There are tons of restaurants nearby too, so finding a place to eat is a breeze. The hotel itself has a charming retro-luxury vibe, and the rooms are spotless. The in-room dryer is a lifesaver for travelers, and the large windows offer great views and plenty of natural light. Since it opened in 2020, all the facilities are modern and new. It's generally quiet and peaceful. I stayed in a twin room by myself, and there was plenty of space, and the bedding was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were kind and attentive. It offers great value for money, and the flexible free cancellation policy is a bonus. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Osaka's Nishi district. I'll be staying here again!"
"A very nice hotel with friendly staff. They kept to our every need and made the stay really amazing. The coffee machine was a bonus, we had fresh coffee of choice every day."
"I didn't take any photos, but the room was quite small for two people. It would be okay if you're staying alone, as there's very little space for the room I booked. One large suitcase and one small bag already made it feel cramped. It would probably be difficult for a couple. However, overall, the cleanliness and location are good, close to many restaurants and convenience stores. You can easily walk to Saishitong."
"The room was quite spacious and the location was convenient for getting around. It's a shame I was rushing and didn't get to try the breakfast. The hygiene was good, and the soundproofing was excellent. Plus, there was complimentary water. I'd definitely consider staying here again."
"I chose the Royal Park Hotel at Osaka Kitahama Station again this time. The room was spacious and clean. You can find amenities like shower caps, toothbrushes, razors, face masks, and loofahs at the self-service machine next to the check-in counter on the 2nd floor. The hotel is conveniently located within 100 meters of the Subway K Line, Hankyu KH Line, and Keihan Main Line HK. The Subway M Line is also within 700 meters. There are banks and office buildings nearby, and a 7-Eleven on the ground floor. It's very quiet at night, and during lunchtime, you can see many office workers buying lunch at 7-Eleven."
"Location: Excellent. Close to pharmacies, Daiso, convenience stores, food, and hidden coffee gems. Fun longwalk to Daimaru and Dotonbori and great underground subway finds and eats.
• Amenities & Service: Extremely friendly staff!
Loved the free lobby coffee and the real-time
TV tracker for laundry availability (pro-tip: request Level 11 or 15 to be on the same floor as the machines).
Thanks to Del style hotel. We were able to store our luggage and make way to Kyoto for a few nights before coming back.
• Room: Compact for three people, but cozy and great for bonding. 100/100 will come back!"
"The room isn't very spacious, and there's no complimentary bottled water. Luckily, there's a 7-Eleven and a drugstore downstairs, which is convenient for grabbing essentials. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean, though the duvet wasn't very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around."
"I usually stay at hotels around Umeda Station, but this time I wanted to stay at a hotel with a beautiful night view, so I chose this one. The hotel is directly connected to Exit 3 of Higobashi Station, so I didn't have to worry about getting wet in the rain. I requested a room on a higher floor, and I was given a room on the 28th floor. When I opened the curtains, the night view I had wanted to see was so beautiful that I was moved. It was very relaxing. The staff were also kind and polite, which was great. As soon as I entered the entrance, I was guided to the reception and the explanation was easy to understand. There were plenty of elevators, so I was able to use them without any congestion. It was my first time around Higobashi Station, but there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, so I had no problems staying there. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much."
"The hotel Kansai location is great ! Very close with Umeda-Osaka main station within 10 minutes walking distance using exit 2 or 14. We book 2 double rooms and stayed for 4 days, the room a bit small, bathroom is okay and overall experience is clean and satisfied. The breakfast is not much changes but good thing having a coin-oprated washing machine and dryer !"

Amazing
HhetomyThe room was very quiet, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Shinsaibashi, and the subway station is right outside the door. Although breakfast was Japanese style, there were many options, and I thought it was even better than the breakfast at the hotel in Kyobashi.
CCharlieTripReading the many reviews before booking really paid off! The place felt incredibly clean and well-maintained. Even though it was the middle of summer, the air conditioning was fantastic – almost too cold, which was great. I had some reservations after seeing reviews about the capsules being a bit warm, but I found that turning on the internal ventilation created good airflow both inside and out, so I slept comfortably cool every night. My only minor complaint was that the common lounge area in the lobby was quite small. However, it didn't cause any major inconvenience for me personally. They also have a fridge, water dispenser, and microwave, which are all very convenient.
XXige1993Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!
MMaggie maiqiqiThis hotel is super conveniently located directly across from Universal Studios, less than a 2-minute walk away. There's a Sushiro and a food street nearby, along with various Lawson convenience stores. What I loved most was the self-service laundry machine; after a day out, I could wash and dry my clothes, and they came out perfectly flat. The machine even comes with detergent and fabric softener, so my clothes smelled great and felt fluffy. There's also a microwave and an ice machine, so I could heat up the sandwiches I bought for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it's more Japanese-style with salmon and avocado rice, plus many other options. Overall, it was fantastic!
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is truly excellent. Coming out of the north exit of Namba Station on the Nankai Line, you'll find a large plaza. Head right and you'll see two pathways. Take the one on the right, and when you reach a fork, turn right again to find the Don Quijote Sennichimae store. If you go straight left out of the pathway, cross the street, and then turn right, you'll reach the hotel. It's incredibly close to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon Market, and other popular spots, making shopping and dining exceptionally convenient. Even many day tour meeting points are nearby. The hotel rooms aren't large, but they are very new and come with a full set of toiletries, so you don't need to bring anything. The price is also affordable, and I didn't even have to pay the accommodation tax! Highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserThe front desk had a staff member who spoke Chinese, which made check-in super easy. The room was spacious and well-laid out, and it's really close to the subway station! Plus, it's right next to some very upscale residential buildings in Osaka.
AAnonymous UserThe overall experience was quite enjoyable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional location. It offered stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions, making it a perfect choice for anyone looking to explore the area. The breakfast is satisfying, offering a variety of delicious options for different tastes. With pastries, and seasonal fruits, there's something for everyone. The quality of the ingredients enhances the morning experience.
MMeituankefuThis hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of the bustling Namba area, and close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The front desk features a comfortable lounge area and a water dispenser. What's more, on my floor, there was a large beverage machine offering a variety of drinks, both hot and cold. The bed was cozy and came with a TV that had decent reception. The bathroom, washbasin, and toilet were all quite spacious, and importantly, all these facilities were separated for men and women. I also discovered a prayer room available for Muslim guests, which is a very thoughtful touch. Of course, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and attentive as well.
AAnonymous UserComing from Kansai Airport, you do have to transfer a few times on the subway. However, the hotel is very close to Juso Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. Juso Station has a food street, so dining is super convenient! It's not crowded around at night, so sleeping is very, very quiet! There's a convenience store at the intersection, and Don Quijote is just across the main road! There's also Daikoku Drugstore nearby! Although breakfast is simple, it changes a bit every day, which shows a lot of thought. You'll definitely be full and satisfied! The lobby also has vending machines with beer, drinks, and ice cream! All your normal needs can be met here! Personally, I think even though the location is a little out of the way, it makes up for it in value for money, and transferring subways is still very convenient~
GGuest UserThe hotel is located right in front of Dotonbori Street, but it's not a noisy area. There are convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk (1km) from Namba Station, which is manageable when coming from the airport. The bathroom was clean. Free breakfast includes bread, drinks, and coffee. The coffee was absolutely delicious! Amenities are self-service on the first floor. You need to request new towels daily. Room cleaning is done once every three nights. The room itself is small, but having experienced even smaller rooms before, this size was acceptable.
