"The location is fantastic, close to everything, and the staff are all really friendly. However, the hallway isn't soundproof at all. There were Koreans next door who started making noise and slamming doors exactly from midnight onwards, so I couldn't get any sleep at all 😵💫"

"The location was excellent, being very close to Hakata Station. It was easy to find as you can see '9h' high up on the building. You take the elevator to the reception on the 9th floor, then go to your room (on the 3rd or 4th floor). The showers being on the 7th floor was a bit inconvenient, but I appreciated that the elevators were separated by gender. A big plus was the USB port in the room, in addition to the power outlet and light controls! I would have liked a hanger near the sleeping area. My only real concern was that I wished the cleanliness had been a bit better."

"The hotel's facilities are relatively new, and the hardware conditions appear to be quite good. However, there's still room for improvement in daily maintenance and detailed cleaning. Occasionally, I noticed some dust and slight mold in the room, and the cleanliness inside the refrigerator could also be better. The room size, as is typical for Japan, is on the compact side, but considering the overall price point, it's quite reasonable. The gym, although not large, is equipped with Technogym machines, which is a plus for those with a fitness routine. My experience with the laundry room was rather average; my clothes even had mud-like stains after washing. Since there are only three washing machines, if a previous guest takes a long time to retrieve their laundry, I suggest the hotel post clearer notices, perhaps indicating that the front desk can assist, to avoid inconveniencing subsequent guests. Overall, the hygiene performance was decent, which might be due to a higher number of group travelers. However, considering the price, facilities, and overall condition, it's still a good value-for-money option and an acceptable choice."

"I found the community very quiet, and the room's facilities were new and in good condition. However, the door lock wasn't electronic; it was a key-operated box with a combination lock. This would be inconvenient for 2-3 people staying together. I would recommend replacing it with an electronic lock for greater convenience. There was a washing machine and plenty of clothes hangers, but no clothesline or drying rack. It was unclear where to hang clothes after washing. Also, it was about a 15-minute walk from Hakozaki Station with luggage, which was barely acceptable."

"The hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's close to the subway, right in front of Canal City, and Hakata Station is just a 10-minute walk away. The large public bath on the top floor is open until 1 AM, and there's a sauna, which completely melts away the day's fatigue. But the best part, by far, is the breakfast. The sushi, ramen, Janchi-guksu (banquet noodles), and bread are incredibly delicious! The breakfast was better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! If I visit Fukuoka again, I will definitely come back to the Gion branch! I was infinitely impressed by the friendly service!"

"Mitsui Garden Hotel Fukuoka Nakasu's location is absolutely unbeatable! It's just a 2-minute walk from Exit 2 of Nakasu-Kawabata Subway Station, meaning you're practically there as soon as you step out – super convenient, especially with luggage. It's right in the heart of Nakasu's gourmet district, with the Yatai street and the original Ichiran Ramen just downstairs. Plus, it's incredibly easy to walk to Tenjin and Hakata from here. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable, minimalist Japanese design. The rooftop public bath was a highlight; being able to relax in the hot spring while enjoying the city night view after a long day of sightseeing was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast was excellent, featuring freshly made seafood sushi and local seafood. The front desk offered multi-language service and there was free Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fukuoka!"

"Excellent locations. Room size is good for solo, will be too small for 2. Overall room and hotel are clean and sound proof consider good since is located next to the train station. Highly appreciate the housekeeping staffs to leave a bag of towels and toiletries hanging at your room door when I requested for Do Not Disturb. Will stay here again on the next visit to Hakata."

"Location was super good 5 minute walk to Hakata station. There is bath tub in the hotel that u can enjoy the salt bath after a long day walk and sightseeing. The hotel provides three kinds that you can chose . Nearby also have Starbucks , convenience stores and late shopping for essential items till 11pm . MRT convenient to Tenjin and others nearby places to visit like shrine ."
