Quiet Area, nice enviroment, great hotel. We love the place, hope to come back in my future visit this area. Initially we booked the bunk bed room and we didn't noticed that this room doesn't come with the in room bathroom, and the receptionist very helpful and explain to us that the toilet and bathroom are outside and shower need to go up another floor, we though was inconvenience for us and she let us look at the other room types and let us exchange the room. We really appreciate her help and unconditioned service. Thank you Kissuien Stay&Food. We did enjoy our dinner in the hotel restaurant and the foods is stunning. Our family love it very much. We also enjoy our breakfast in the hotel too. we love both breakfast and dinner.

We really liked the beauty of the place, the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly hall staff, and so you can really relax.The Breakfast was really delicious. This hotel is a highly recommended.

This was my first time staying here. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The only disappointing points were: 1. The sound of footsteps echoed from the room above, and the sound of the door opening and closing from the room next door echoed (maybe they were jumping around?). This is a matter of morals on the part of the customer, so it can't be helped. 2. Even though I had heard about karaoke at the front desk and was told to do so, I was asked to leave within 10 minutes because I had forgotten to make another reservation. 3. When I checked out, the charge for a chuhai that I hadn't ordered was added to the bill. I noticed this and asked for a breakdown, but as a foreigner, it was difficult for them to understand. If possible, wouldn't it be better to show me the breakdown along with the price before paying? The food and the staff's service were very pleasant and I wanted to come back, but it was disappointing that it was followed by ② and ③.

We enjoyed more comfort than we imagined, cozy and soft environment in shared spaces. There is a very beautiful Hatchohama just a short walk away, so I was able to spend my toy poodle in a good mood. I will repeat it again. Thank you for the wonderful Golden Week!

The temperature difference on the beach is big, a bit cold 㕑 The room has an IH stove, complete pots and tableware, and self-cooking is very suitable! It is also very convenient to drive to the nearby big supermarket to buy! The owner and his wife are enthusiastic and patient to introduce various equipment, and the friendship hall feels warm and homey! The washing machine is not borrowed, and there is a self-service laundry next to the big supermarket! Jingdanhou City specialty pine leaf crab! Have the opportunity to travel must taste it!

We stayed in the trailer room for two people. The hotel was headed from Yuhigaura Kizu Onsen Station on the Kyotango Railway, but when you approach the station, you can find the hotel immediately from the inside of the car, and it is a convenient location just a short walk away. It was a comfortable stay with floor heating and humidifier. I forgot to take a picture of the room, but I think it will be the best space for two people with a wicker size. There was an explanation in the room about how to use the sofa bed, and it was easy to understand. When I used the sofa as a bed, the center table was inevitably in the way and became narrow. I think it will be even more convenient if it is a table that can be folded even a little simpler. It was also put in the hot spring of the main building, and the breakfast was delicious with the same content as the one staying in the main building, and the tour of the old inn was free, and it was a comfortable stay more than I imagined.

I stayed for two nights at Hashidate Bay Hotel and was initially hesitant to book, thinking it might be too far from Amanohashidate Station. The nearest bus stop is about a 5–8 minute walk, and buses run only once an hour. But based on the reviews, it looked promising—and I’m so glad I went ahead with the booking. To my surprise, I was upgraded to a much larger room, almost like a four-person suite. It was huge, and the view of Yoshino from my window was absolutely stunning. I was super happy with the stay—this upgrade felt like a real treat. They even provided bath lavender, which I thought was just for the first night, but they refilled it the next day. Since I arrived early, I left my luggage at the hotel before heading out to explore Amanohashidate. When I checked in later that night, I was pleasantly surprised to find my luggage already placed in my room. That was a big plus—so comforting after a full day of walking. I wish I’d told them I was arriving early—the locker at Amanohashidate Station was too small for my luggage. I ended up taking a taxi, which could’ve been free if I’d arranged a pickup with the hotel in advance. The breakfast was good too—my favorite was the prawn tempura. And the lady who dropped me off at the station was soft-spoken and very pretty. Overall, a memorable and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is relatively rural. From the road, the building is very low-key, but entering the inside is infected by the warm and elegant atmosphere, especially when you come to the room, the floor-to-ceiling windows on both walls can see the beautiful scenery from the lake sunset, and the sunset time is reflected in the sunset. Dinner is a surprise, the crab meat package is launched in winter, but the Italian cooking method is used, the rich sauce makes the crab meat very delicious, the soup, spaghetti, pancakes are unforgettable, the grilled crab meat is then dipped in the crab paste sauce, rich in layers. Breakfast bread basket scrambled egg cheese, full weight, fresh and healthy. Every staff member. Very proactive and courteous, will nod to say hello until the guests leave. The introduction of the dishes is as hard as possible in English as possible, which made my stay very pleasant. In addition, the hotel also has a hot spring although not big, but because there are not many guests, I am a person to use, open-air massage hot spring can see the lake and the starry sky can enjoy a quiet atmosphere.

Pretty basic but the price is right. Lawson within 1 min walk, same with metro station. Plenty of dining options. If you are ok with simple rooms and no fireworks and good location this could be it.
