Hotels near Gallery & Cafe Bar Yolcha, Osaka

"Perfect area, if you don't mind a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest subway station, but this area is for locals and not foreigners making it more authentic. We loved the hotel and the area. For the price we got it for it was amazing, although when using the laundry you need to realize it will not dry very well. Nearby there are many great restaurants for the locals, and cafes."

"The hotel lobby is located on the 26th floor, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Osaka Shinsaibashi area. The room was a little smaller than we expected, but it was comfortable and well maintained. There are two breakfast options — Japanese and Western. We personally preferred the Japanese breakfast, which was very good. The location is excellent and extremely convenient. The hotel is right above Shinsaibashi Station and within walking distance of the Shinsaibashi shopping area, restaurants and other attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting Osaka for the first time. The strategic location makes it very convenient for exploring the city and getting around by train."

"This place is just crazy. It is a bit pricey but it is worth it. I think they should use better promotional photos. I went there without any expectations but the room was so spacious and the view was fantastic. I felt the sincerity and attention from all the staff from check-in to check-out. I definitely want to come back. Enjoy drinks including champagne and cocktail of the day for 3 hours in the lounge. Best place to stay."

"When booking, always double-check the room's occupancy limit. Even their double rooms might be listed as single occupancy! The king-size room was spacious enough to lay out a 28-inch suitcase. They only provide two complimentary bottles of water on the check-in day, and these are not replenished. Towels will be left in a blue bag on your door handle the next day; you just need to place your used ones back in the bag and hang it on the handle. For trash, just leave it outside your door and someone will collect it. The hotel has convenient transportation links nearby, being just one stop away from Umeda Nishi."

"Traveling to Japan during a busy period, everything was great. Coming out of Exit 11 of the subway, there's a direct escalator that leads you right onto the street shown in picture 2, which takes you to the hotel. Pictures 3, 4, and 5 show the route to the airport; going in the opposite direction will take you from the airport to the hotel. Nearby, there's a popular ramen spot with a queue, and a walkable natural hot spring with open-air baths. On the last day, it was incredibly relaxing to enjoy a hot spring soak after checking out. Picture 15 shows a large supermarket nearby, where you can find discounted sushi in the evenings and affordable fresh milk. The hotel offers complimentary espresso, and fresh milk is available for making your own lattes. The last picture shows the route to Kyoto, which is quick, inexpensive, and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel. They even have takoyaki for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed in room 619, a non-smoking room, and paid a 600 yen room tax upon arrival. Satisfied, and would also recommend for family stays."

"The hotel is a conveniently short walk from Shin-Osaka station. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are very professional. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and just outside the room was a useful filtered water station. Really liked the bathroom with the rainfall showerhead and separate deep bathtub and the washing machine was very useful. My family members enjoyed the bathhouse facilities and the welcome drink arriving late on a warm summer's night was a refreshing way to start our stay. We tried the breakfast one morning and while the range wasn't to my specific tastes other members of my group enjoyed it and for people who enjoy seafood and traditional Japanese food it is a great value buffet. Overall very good value for money."

"Hotel is the most convenient stay near Osaka Station: it sits directly above JR Osaka Station’s Central Gate, so you step off the train and into the lobby without dragging luggage outside. Rooms are compact by Western standards but clean, quiet, and well‑equipped, with comfortable beds, city or courtyard views, and reliable free Wi‑Fi. The hotel’s real strength is location and service—staff are consistently praised as helpful and efficient, and you’re minutes from Umeda’s department stores, restaurants, and subway lines. On‑site dining ranges from casual cafes to higher‑end Japanese and Western options, plus a lounge bar; breakfast offers Japanese and Western choices. Ideal for transit‑heavy itineraries (Shinkansen at Shin‑Osaka, Kansai Airport via Haruka) and travelers who value time over large rooms."

"Good amenities and fair price, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement. I stayed here for a week with my partner. The room was small for two people but manageable, and the bathroom was clean with good amenities. The main issue was housekeeping — they only came once, leaving us with piles of garbage and lots of dust, which was tough since I have allergies. The AC made a loud noise every 10 minutes when on, though the microwave was handy for quick meals. A big plus was the luggage storage — very useful since we arrived before the 3 PM check-in and left after the 11 AM check-out. For the price, it was acceptable, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement."

"Had a wonderful stay, room is spacious, link to a mall sheltered. A junction away from Yodobashi Mall and Umeda Train station. The rooms are reasonably big. Love the bathroom. Separate beds are slightly bigger than single beds. Linens are luxurious high thread count. Room Flooring is semi wood and carpeted. Coffee and Tea are complimentary, comes with full set of in room requirements, ironing set, luxurious bathrobe, bar fridge, comfy bedroom slippers, safe, V Sassoon hair dryer, full bathing and vanity kit, toilet cubicle is separate by a door, bath tub is of good size, separate shower water pressure is fantastic. Motorised linen blinds, daily bottles of water Here’s my favourite: Facilities include 24hrs of fully equipped gym all machines including leg machines, bar and free weights, gym balls, foam rollers, treadmill, elliptical, bicycle etc. Use of Bathhouse and indoor swimming pool included as part of the booking. Spa facial and massage avail at a fee. Lounge area is great with nice matcha latte. Had buffet breakfast in the morning, sufficient variety. Lotsa fruits choices. Building is exclusive luxury. Initial check-in process can be better and less rigid. Pre-paid room type if unavailable, guests should be informed ahead prior to arrival. Somewhere between Trip.com and the hotel miscommunication should not affect the hotel guests traveling 12 hours to reach there. Director of rooms Mr Liam Wynn Williams saved the day. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality to resolve the issue."

"Choosing this hotel in Osaka was absolutely the right decision! 😍 The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Osaka Station, making it super easy to access JR lines, subways, and even travel to Kyoto, Nara, or Kobe. Downstairs, you'll find Grand Front Osaka, LUCUA, Daimaru, and Hankyu Department Store, offering a plethora of shopping, dining, and cafes – you'll never run out of places to explore. If you're visiting Osaka, I highly recommend this hotel. Its convenient transportation and comfortable environment will genuinely save you a lot of time. ✨"
