It is a new and modern hotel with soft and soothing ambience, that is also very functional, and efficient. There is automation for registration and departure process, self-operated coin laundry machines secured with your own pin codes, and a spacious and beautiful hot bath serviced by timed fresh cold water let into each bath area regularly. Still, the human service is not neglected in the hotel. The lifts will always stop at the 4th floor where the reception is, and during the day, there will always be a staff standing there to greet you with a smile, or in case you require any assistance. The cheery breakfast team at the restaurant has been very diligent and despite they may be super busy, they make sure they maintain top-notch service standards and sometimes go above and beyond to make sure the diners are comfortable. The reception team is also very competent and quick-witted. Both requests we made via the phone from our rooms were received within 10-15mins. Our request to deliver our luggage were also processed swiftly and hassle-free. We told them our dates, flight number and our room number and they were able to complete the delivery form for us with our details in their records. Despite having many guests wanting to approach them at the same time, they are still able to provide very personalised service to each and every one. Very impressive. Lastly, the hotel provides unlimited free skin care and hair products such as facial serum, moisturiser, masks etc and you could take them freely from the reception and bath area. You could also choose from an unlimited selection of aromatherapy by portion to enjoy in your room. Although the room and the window is a little small as with most hotels in Japan, the beds are comfortable and shower is great. Location of the hotel is not bad once you learnt how to navigate around. Lots of eateries and it is just 5mins to walk to different exits to underground malls/train stations. Would recommend the hotel to my friends! Thanks for the impeccable service!

The South Asian gentleman who checked us in was very efficient and communicated well in English. The room size was decent, especially good for Japan, with enough space in the aisle to fully open a 20-inch suitcase. Housekeeping made our beds daily. I'm not sure if the sheets weren't changed or if it was an issue with the bedding itself, but on one occasion, we found a small amount of hair accumulated in the corner of the bedsheet. The hotel breakfast was a buffet, offering both Japanese and Western options, and we were very satisfied with it throughout our stay. At one point, my friend bought instant noodles but forgot to ask for a fork at the convenience store. We called the front desk from our room to request disposable chopsticks, and the entire conversation was in English, very smooth and efficient. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, situated in the large commercial and transportation hub of Umeda. Directly opposite the hotel is a pedestrian street bustling with dining and entertainment options. Furthermore, if you're taking the train, you can reach the hotel lobby directly from Exit 7-72 of the Whity Umeda underground passage, which saved us from braving the cold winter winds above ground. Regarding the price, thanks to booking in advance, we were very happy with what we paid. If the price is right next time, we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a direct shuttle bus from Kansai Airport, and direct access to the Umeda shopping district from the second floor of the building. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The room facilities were complete, clean, tidy, and comfortable. Waking up every morning to the view from the window was truly a blissful experience.

I stayed here twice within a week, not just because of my itinerary, but mainly because of the hotel's incredibly convenient location. In Japan, major transportation hubs are often also commercial and business centers. This hotel is right above JR Osaka Station and the Shinkansen station, and Hankyu Osaka Station isn't far either. Below the hotel, you'll find Daimaru department store, and familiar stores for Chinese visitors like Muji, Uniqlo, and Yodobashi are also nearby. The hotel occupies floors 19 and above of the Daimaru department store. There are a lot of rooms, and the hallways are deep and long. However, the room size can only be described as cramped. On my first stay, the two beds were pushed right together. The second room was slightly wider, with just a narrow gap between the beds, and the TV on the desk was at most 16 inches. In terms of room rate alone, it's not great value for money, but when you're traveling, convenience is very important, so I'd still highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and the bus stop for the direct shuttle to Osaka Kansai Airport (KIX) at Umeda is also right downstairs.

My dream hotel! Staying here for five nights was such a blessing; it significantly boosted the happiness of my entire Kansai trip. It honestly made me so disappointed with the hotels I stayed in afterward. From now on, whenever I come to Osaka, I'm definitely staying here. The room was spacious, and the mattress and bedding were incredibly soft and clean – I slept so comfortably. I especially appreciated the fully enclosed duvet cover, which felt very hygienic (unlike another hotel of the same caliber I stayed in later, where they only used a single sheet between the duvet insert and the bottom sheet. Every time I moved, the sheets, duvet, and cover would all get tangled up – it was disgusting! Plus, the material felt as terrible as curtain fabric; it infuriated me!). The bathroom wasn't huge but was very clean, and all the fixtures were new. There were two bottles of mineral water provided. You need your room card to use the elevator. The view of the river from the window was beautiful, both during the day and at night.

It's a bit distant from Osaka station, but u can easily get to underground walkway to reach Osaka station, (by pass all the traffic, no wait traffic lights ) Free coffee /MATCHA start 2pm to 11.59pm Vending machines inside hotel if u wan other drinks, and laundry area. Very nice when u need a drink. Some restaurant and convinient store near. Sukiya also not far. Pachingko also near. My room not smart toilet, that is, if u must have a smart toilet. No big deal for me. Satisfied for what I paid for.

My overall stay at the Hotel Vischio Osaka by Granvia was quite comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Osaka Station and the Umeda shopping district, making it super easy for both shopping and catching trains. The lobby has a modern, minimalist design, and check-in was efficient with friendly staff. The room size was relatively spacious for a hotel in downtown Osaka, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, which really helped relieve my travel fatigue. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Japanese and Western dishes, and the overall quality was good. It's a high-value-for-money hotel that balances convenience and comfort.

The hotel's location is fantastic, really close to the subway station, just about a five-minute walk. On top of that, the room was excellent! It had all the amenities you could ask for. Every staff member was super friendly, highly recommend.

This hotel was the perfect base for my tours. The main pickup point was very close by. It's a bit further from Umeda Station than some others, but still easily walkable. A major plus was the reception staff—their English was excellent and made everything smooth. Overall, fantastic value for the convenience.

This hotel is conveniently located near Umeda, making it easy to get to directly from the airport by bus, so I was very satisfied with the location! It's right on the main road, not tucked away in an alley, so it wasn't hard to find. Plus, there's a convenience store nearby, which is a big plus. It was even more comfortable having staff who spoke Korean, and I was able to leave my luggage with them without any hassle. The room, as expected for Japanese accommodations, was small – it would be a tight squeeze to open two large suitcases – but I anticipated that, so it wasn't an issue. Despite its size, it was very well-appointed with a small sofa and table, perfect for eating things bought from the convenience store. The bathroom and the entire room were clean, which I was very happy with.
