"This hotel is conveniently located very close to JR Hiroshima Station. It's quiet, clean, and the breakfast is good, offering both Western and Japanese options. My only minor issue was with payment – why do they refuse cash? When I offered 200 yen for the accommodation tax to the front desk staff, her expression clearly showed she wouldn't accept cash. Is that really the best approach?"

"The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Hiroshima Station's South Exit. The room was on the smaller side, which I expected. Downstairs, they offer breakfast from 7-10 AM, with a good selection of breads, small pastries, apple juice, orange juice, and coffee. If you don't have super high expectations, it's pretty decent. There are also quite a few good izakayas nearby, but unfortunately, they allow smoking, so we couldn't go in with kids. However, there's a nice yakiniku place close by that was a good alternative."

"This is my fourth time staying here, and I stayed for three days this time too. The twin room is very spacious and comfortable, and the furniture is well-designed. The high-floor view is also great. However, the service really has issues, especially with a female staff member named Akiyama. It was raining continuously during my stay, and when I went out at 11 AM, all the umbrellas were gone. She had a very bad attitude and just told me to go buy one at the convenience store, which made me really angry. Honestly, it's a management problem; they don't ask for room numbers when lending umbrellas, and no one collects them when you return."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, super close to JR, and convenient for taking the airport bus (the photo was taken from the airport bus just before getting off, and the building in the mid-background is the hotel). The front desk staff were very patient and had excellent attitudes. The room was very clean and quite spacious by Japanese standards."

"My trip yesterday was quite a roller coaster. On my way from Fukuoka to Hiroshima, I accidentally left my backpack on the Shinkansen, and I was completely broke. When I explained the situation to Ms. Li, a staff member at the Trust Hotel, she immediately helped me call the relevant departments to report the lost item. She even paid my accommodation tax for me, and I was able to retrieve my lost belongings in Osaka the next day. The Trust Hotel in Hiroshima made me feel incredibly warm and cared for, even though I was in a foreign city. I will definitely be back! A special thanks to Ms. Li, and also to the Chinese gentleman working the night shift and the Japanese lady who assisted me. Thank you all so much!"

"My stay at this hotel was quite good overall. The location is decent – it's about a 10-minute walk with luggage from Hiroshima Station if you cross the bridge from the Fukuya side and turn left. There's a FamilyMart convenience store about 20 meters in front of the hotel, and Shukkei-en Garden is super close, roughly a 7-8 minute walk away. Most of the city's shopping areas (Kamiya-cho, Hon-dori shopping street, Hiroshima Castle, Peace Memorial Park, etc.) and major department stores are all within a 20-30 minute walk, so nothing is too far. The hotel lobby on the first floor is staffed 24 hours a day, and the cleaning staff tidies up daily. The breakfast selection is also quite varied, and you don't have to wait long for the elevators. There are plenty of dining options nearby as well. All in all, it was a good experience! I'd consider staying here again on my next trip to Hiroshima."

"Good sized single room with large bed, soffa, tv, fridge and bathroom. A/c available but not needed in mid-April. Japanese style dinner and breakfast included in room price. Very helpful reception. Men's spa on 15th floor. Would definitely choose this hotel if I return."

"What a nice hotel! Great location! On our departure day, we left the hotel @ 4:15pm and got on the Nozomi Shinkanzen @ 4:28pm :-) Nice room size with table and leather bench so you don’t always have to sit on the bed. The public bath is modern and clean. The best part was the exceptional front desk staff who were so kind and friendly, probably the nicest front desk staff we have experienced in Japan so far. Special thanks goes out to the only male employee working around 4pm on 22nd of May who carried my bag out from the luggage storage and gifted me a mini origami. Your kindness really touched me! Also, great craftmanship!!!"

"The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The decor felt quite new. They even had Braille identification at the elevator, which was a nice touch. The hotel is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's really close to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum, just a few minutes' walk. The area felt safe and quiet. My only minor gripe was that there was a front desk staff member on the first day, but I didn't see them on the subsequent two days. It seems like many hotels in Japan are moving towards self check-in now, which I'm still getting used to as I don't visit often."
