Sharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

We had an excellent experience during our stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities we needed.
The location was convenient, it has a convenience store inside the hotel. We had a great time watching the fireworks from Disneyland and the Skytree is visible from our room.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay especially for families.

Anonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at Bay Hotel Urayasu Ekimae. The location is excellent—just a few minutes walk from Urayasu Station, making it very easy to travel around Tokyo and even visit Tokyo Disney Resort. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there are many restaurants, convenience stores, and a supermarket nearby which made it very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who want a comfortable and affordable place to stay near Tokyo and Disney.✨

Anonymous UserMy family and I chose to stay at this hotel because of its location and free shuttle to DisneySea. The hotel has a dated resort feel but generally well maintained and clean. The room is small but that was expected when I made the booking so I was prepared to accept the tight space. However, the two super single beds were pleasantly comfortable and big and the shower stall, although tight, has a good water pressure. Good shuttle service to DisneySea and Disneyland. Also enjoyed the free snacks and drinks provided by the hotel for its guests and the good range of personal care products and tea bags and coffee which guests can help themselves to.

Wishing.starGreat hotel which provided a spacious and clean room, plus had a good breakfast buffet spread. The lobby was really cute too, with a designated play area for kids.
Only caveat is the shuttle bus for Disneyland - the return shuttle is situated in a carpark which was really difficult to find after leaving Disneyland. It was not in the main bus terminal where the major hotels’ shuttle buses were parked at. Maybe the staff did mention it during the ride to Disneyland but in Japanese? We took a really long time before we could find it.

I chose this hotel because of the Disneyland shuttle. The shuttle pick-up point at Disneyland is the west parking lot. I only used it to go from Disneyland to the hotel, so I got lost trying to find the location for quite a while. The hotel is far from Disneyland. The room was very spacious and clean, and the toilet and bathroom were separate. I even had chicken, fries, and beer at the cafeteria. However, when I asked them to call a taxi to Shin-Urayasu Station in the morning, they dropped me off at DisneySea... T_T I guess it's my fault for not knowing Japanese. I'm not sure if I'll go again, but I think it would be okay to use it again, but only for multiple nights.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to Disneyland and the subway station, which was really convenient for our trip to Disneyland the next day. The only slight inconvenience is that it's a bit of a walk, about 1.2 kilometers, from the subway station. However, the hotel's location around Tokyo Bay is quite peaceful, and you can even enjoy sea views.

John47This was my second stay. While my previous stay and breakfast were excellent, this time I was in a somewhat dated room with an awkward twin bed setup, which felt a bit inconvenient. The desk was a fold-out type, and I didn't use it because unfolding it would have made the room feel even more cramped. Despite this, the breakfast was consistently delicious, and given the excellent value for money, I would still consider staying here again.

Great location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away.

Erick858If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel.
The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure). The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided.
While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk.
The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
