"SERIOUSLY hot bedroom! We phoned because we thought the air conditioning was broken and was told by reception “it’s turned off because it’s winter” it was 4th April and in the 20s outside, plus I think they know the rooms are hot because it’s only a sheet on the bed with no blankets, the beds were comfortable. The hotel is extremely dated. It’s also not close to the centre and there is nothing around the hotel, is very close to a tube though which are really easy to use and you can get a direct tube to Duomo. We only stayed for one night as we were just visiting the QC Termemilano spa. I think if we had been staying for a city break / longer we would have really regretted it. Wouldn’t stay again because of the heat in the bedroom being so awful. Also the room keys are terrible, massive heavy things that you couldn’t carry around and so you have to hand in if going out."

"Our stay at Grand Visconti Palace in Milan was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The service was excellent — the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were impressive and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring the city. The spa and common areas were also beautifully organised and added great value to the overall experience. We were very pleased with the food as well. The breakfast offered a wide and high-quality selection, and everything was fresh and delicious. Dining at the hotel was an enjoyable experience, both in terms of taste and service. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Grand Visconti Palace exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. We would definitely love to return in the future."

"I had a very comfortable stay. The kindness of the staff was also impressive. The room is rather small and the heating is not available at dawn. As much as coffee is provided in the lobby, but free water is not provided in the room. There are plenty of drinks in the refrigerator, but it would be more reasonable to buy and eat at the mart next to the hotel. The transportation is also relatively convenient. It was even better that the surrounding commercial district did not cause any inconvenience to daily life."

"The room was spacious, and the bathroom was good, everything was clean. As for the kitchen, since it was summer, they told us we could only use the fridge and microwave. The city views from the terrace are beautiful. Perhaps the most ”hazardous” aspect of the room is the stairs, especially if an older person is staying there."

"Everything else is good except the parking issue. Advertised as free parking but has only a handful of parking spaces available whilst there is a huge parking lot that is paid parking. Collecting my checked-in from the locker room takes a century because there is only one person manning the front desk who also handles guests' luggage."

"The room was clean and the service was satisfactory. Breakfast was a bit expensive, making the overall value for money not great. However, if breakfast wasn't included, the value would be quite good."

"The hotel door is very hidden and is usually closed. If you go to the door and call or someone inside will open the door after seeing it, I thought I had gone the wrong way when I arrived on the first day. The elevator has an old-fashioned gate, which gives it a retro feel, but the room is still quite clean and tidy. The balcony faces other residents of the old house, but it is not noisy."

"The four-star conference hotel is one of the three very good hotels in the local area. The breakfast is very good. They also make cappuccino on site. It is very authentic and the breads baked in various flavors are delicious."
