"The hotel was excellent and clean. The location wasn't the best but close to the metro so not bad either. The rooms were nice and clean. It would've been nice to have complimentary water as we arrived late in the night and drinking water would've been ideal."

"Stayed for two nights. Great place for the price. Conveniently located - not far from the train station, lots of cafes nearby and generally a clean and comfortable area. The room is very warm, the bathroom is shared, but there were never any problems - it was always free, also, it is very clean! The cutest cat lives in the hotel. I also liked the terrace, very comfortable and nice to sit. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the tightly closed shutters in the room, of course we only spent the night there, but still not very comfortable without windows. But the price-quality ratio is the best with such a location! Overall, I recommend it!"

"Not sure if it was because we arrived late on the first day, but the room we were given wasn't great. Two out of three lights in the bathroom were out, and the toilet seat cover had fallen off. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, they promptly moved us to another room."

"First, the aircon is cold even in summer (we stayed on the top floor). The room size is big for European standards. Everything else (location, cleanliness, room condition, breakfast selection, food choices nearby) I am giving it 10/10 for its money. My only comment is that a room card is not required to get into the elevator. Everything else is perfect. Highly recommended."

"We arrived at 11pm in the night from Milan Centrale. It took us roughly 10 minutes dragging 2 large heavy suitcases. The hotel was clearly signposted and the area felt safe and was not dodgy. We were greeted by a very kind lady at reception who quickly checked us in. We asked for a quiet room, and she said that perfectly sound proof rooms are not possible this close to the train station. We got a room facing the train station on the 4th floor, but slept very well. The train rumbling could be felt, but we could not really hear anything so that was fine. There was some noise as the people next door either chatted as they were getting out or coming in, but it was not more than 2 minutes. Blackout curtains were excellent, and the shower was heavenly. Bedsheets and towels and pillow cases were really really clean. Charging points were a bit lacking (we took out the TV plug) and the wooden shutters looked dated, but our bathroom must have been renovated because it was absolutely SPOTLESS. We were able to leave our luggage at check out. Location is great for trains, and airport, but for exploring Milan, I would recommend you get a day transit pass as the Duomo and other stuff is a bit of a walk away. We came back in the evening to collect our suitcases and the evening receptionist was also very friendly and polite and patient with all our questions. Could not recommend enough for a short trip."

"I've stayed at this hotel before, and I find the room size to be fantastic, definitely above the average for Milan and many other tourist cities. While the attention to detail could be improved, the room itself is still very clean and tidy. This time, we stayed with our little dog, who was welcomed with a beautiful dog bed, bowls for water and kibble, and even lots of toys! 😊 If they were to renovate the windows and properly soundproof the rooms, they would get a perfect score. The staff was super friendly again this time too 😊"

"Ubicación excelente a sólo 6 minutos caminando a la estación de metro de Loreto y de ahí dos estaciones para Mestre Centrale ; una habitación pequeña pero súper limpia, un poco ruidosa ya que la ventana da a la calle pero todo muy cómodo; gracias !"

"It is a small hotel and the counter staff is very kind The location is not far from Milan Central Station, but it is not far from the subway. There is also a direct subway to Milan Cathedral. There are several Chinese restaurants nearby and there are cute yellow trams passing by."

"The hotel is really nice, with modern rooms and very high ceilings. The room was a bit small though, no space for a large suitcase. The bathroom and toiletries were satisfactory, clean and modern. Maybe because the garden in front of the hotel wasn't finished yet, it was a bit hard to find the hotel. Turns out you have to enter through the hotel next door, and the hotel name sign was too small. The hotel isn't far from Bignami metro station, just a 5-minute walk, but it's the last station on the line. The hotel is genuinely good! 👍"
