"Great experience! Everything was really good. We had a room with terass and a view of the sea. It was stunning. Room was very clean and sheets where changed daily, which was nice when you have two dogs that sneak into bed during the night. Location was great. A short distance walk to the town center with shops and restaurants. The parking service was great. They park the car for you and when you need it they will bring the car in front of the hotel within 15 minutes. It will cost you 20€/ night but it's hassle free. Staff is fantastic. We arrived around 6AM (much earlier than expected), and way too early for the normal check-in time. We were absolutely exhausted after a night of driving and our room wasn't ready. But the staff was kind enough to give us a room to sleep in, and at 11AM we could check-in to our booked room. Free of charge! Breakfast was also great and they do packed breakfast if you leave before breakfast time. The hotel doesn't do laundry, but there is a laundry place 800m away."

"The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, with beautiful scenery along the way. Since it is off-season, you don't need to worry about ZTL if you drive there in February, but the hotel villas and pool restaurant areas will not be open until March or April. The hotel apartment area is a separate building not far from the villa. Although it is an apartment, it is the most beautiful room I have stayed in Sicily. Extra large space, a big bed facing the sea, a balcony with sea views and Mount Etna at the same time, waking up from the bed every day will have the best mood. The hotel staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, providing butler-style service, helping us move the car, check in, carry luggage, and take the initiative to introduce hotel facilities and surrounding attractions. The pink sunset in Taormina is the best welcome gift for this trip."

"First of all, I don't know why this hotel has such a high rating. First, this hotel is not a hotel in the strict sense, and there is no 24-hour front desk (which caused us a lot of inconvenience later) Second, we booked the most expensive room type in this hotel, but it is very far from the sea and the volcano! It is on the mountain! It is very inconvenient to go to the beach or any check-in point, and it takes a long time to drive a winding mountain road to get there! In our opinion, the sea view and volcano view are completely gimmicks. Third, there was a sudden power outage at 11 o'clock in the evening. We didn't have time to wash up, and we called the staff on WhatsApp and sent messages for a long time without receiving a reply! It was only after 2 hours, at more than 1 o'clock in the morning, that we received a reply, and it was after the water and electricity were restored to normal. We waited for a long time in vain, and all our electronic devices needed electricity, but unfortunately we spent this night in a very worried and bad mood, which undoubtedly affected the mood of the trip. Although the hotel can check in early and provide champagne service upon request, I don't think this is what the staff let us recall as a ”benefit” on WhatsApp. The power outage and water outage are not your fault, but I think your attitude is not very sincere, just superficial. No matter what you say, you should know it in your heart. To be honest, I didn't see the hotel's symbolic compensation for such a long power outage, because it really affected our mood at the time. But anyway, this hotel is not recommended. If you have a car and you don't have high requirements for sea views and volcano views, if you don't want to go to the beach and can get there quickly, you can book this hotel."

"The hotel is in a great location. It's perched on a cliff, facing the sea and Mount Etna 🌋, and has a pool. It's also within walking distance of town. Parking can be a bit challenging, but experienced drivers shouldn't have any problem. It's perfect for a vacation. We loved it the moment we arrived 😘 and immediately booked an extra night. We still felt it wasn't enough. We'll definitely stay in Taormina and stay at this hotel for a while on our next trip to Sicily."

"Overall, this hotel is excellent, located right in town, just a 2-minute walk from Taormina's main street. There's a fantastic park right next to the hotel overlooking Taormina's stunning coastline, and the park itself is amazing! However, there was a slight hiccup with the hotel: the room type we booked through Ctrip didn't match the actual room we arrived in. We had to upgrade to a suite ourselves, which was more expensive, but the room was instantly a much better experience! I also want to commend Ctrip; despite the discrepancy, the hotel kindly refunded part of the price difference after their efforts. Kudos to Ctrip for their excellent after-sales service! In short, I highly recommend this hotel in Taormina. By the way, this hotel offers valet parking, but it costs €30 per night!"

"The room was very satisfied. On the 2nd floor, I didn't imagine the music on the roof at night. The highlight was that there was free lemonade at the front desk and you could help call a taxi to the bus terminal (note that when the taxi checkout, make sure that they are the same as said in advance, they may temporarily increase the price). We have been allowed to climb the stairs according to Google Maps navigation. Later, we contacted the hotel to inform us that there is no way to climb the stairs, and arranged for someone to pick us up. It felt very good. Taormina is on the mountainside, with a certain slope, and it is really awkward to drag the luggage. There is a bus stop sign at Taormina Railway Station. You can sit on the mountainside or the top of the mountain. When the car is coming, there will be a special cashier to collect the money. One person will come to the mountainside."

"The hotel has an exceptional location overlooking the Etna volcano, but high above Taormina. The road to the hotel is quite challenging, solid, but steep and very winding, going up ramps or the far edge of a steep hill. The hotel is beautiful, architecturally interesting, the receptionist a little haughty, a little shy, but once you put that aside and look out into the countryside, then it's OK. Breakfast could have been richer. The hotel is worth a visit and a stay."
