I am very satisfied with the room, retro and warm, with a large bathtub and a steam bath! Drinks in the small refrigerator are also free. We will help you organize it twice a day. The tour guide arranged is a history lecturer.

I recently stayed at ibis in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the hotel's exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel like a valued guest. I made a mistake with the dates - and the hotel and/or Trip.com was unable to accommodate a change of dates so I was charged for the hotel and did not stay there. That was a bummer. Of course, because I couldn't make a change to the reservation (I discovered the mistakes minutes after I booked it) I was unwilling to book with this hotel and stayed somewhere else. Future travel will not encourage me to stay here.

Even though it’s located in a lively part of town, it remains a safe and welcoming place to stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem!

Friendly staff in a neighborhood setting with easy access to public transportation. Great choice for the price.

The hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from the hotel hadn't seen me on the street looking confused, I'd have never have found it.
