"This is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms."

"The hotel room was small and honestly a little too cramped for two people. There wasn’t any space to open up luggages and the interior looks tacky. The lobby is nice but the lift has a weird design where it doesn’t arrive at your floor. Also, quite importantly there isn’t a bomb shelter in this hotel."

"Strictly speaking, this is not a pure hotel, more like a homestay. This road trip, stayed in a duplex homestay, stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel, and also stayed at a local special hotel, although it is not the most luxurious and high-end, and the most intimate on time. I am very impressed that I will probably choose here for my next trip to Jerusalem.
Facilities: A simple coffee bar on the first floor, free coffee, and simple snacks and desserts. There is actually a piano, which is very warm. The only downside is that you can't wash clothes and you have to go out to the laundry room.
Hygienic: The whole is very clean, and even the wash basin is very clean.
Environment: Nearby bus stop, convenient travel. It is troublesome parking and there is no place. Next to it is Zahir Park, you can go for a walk at night. It is also close to the Israeli Museum."

The nearby buses and light rail can quickly take you to places near and far in Jerusalem. There is a street close to eating and shopping, and there is also a supermarket that supplies daily necessities. It is open on holidays and Sabbaths. There is a noodle shop next to the supermarket. The owner has been in Hong Kong for many years. In general, the environment and service of the hotel are good. It is recommended for tourists from the Holy Land. The prices in Jerusalem are still a bit high, especially the prices of agricultural products have increased due to the recent situation. PS: It is recommended that Ctrip correct the name of the hotel to Notre Dame Hotel. The first two words of the hotel name are exactly the same as those of the famous Notre Dame de Paris. Notre is French for ”my” and dame is French for ”madam”. Put together, notre dame is My Lady in English. It has nothing to do with ”the north”. Please modify it to avoid misleading. Thank you!"

DDJCZI am very satisfied with the room, retro and warm, with a large bathtub and a steam bath! Drinks in the small refrigerator are also free. We will help you organize it twice a day. The tour guide arranged is a history lecturer.

BBerelI recently stayed at ibis in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the hotel's exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel like a valued guest.
I would highly recommend ibis to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Jerusalem. I can't wait to return!

GGuest UserI made a mistake with the dates - and the hotel and/or Trip.com was unable to accommodate a change of dates so I was charged for the hotel and did not stay there. That was a bummer. Of course, because I couldn't make a change to the reservation (I discovered the mistakes minutes after I booked it) I was unwilling to book with this hotel and stayed somewhere else. Future travel will not encourage me to stay here.

Even though it’s located in a lively part of town, it remains a safe and welcoming place to stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from the hotel hadn't seen me on the street looking confused, I'd have never have found it.
