First of all, im grateful that you've upgraded my room to a connecting room since I reserved a different type of room. ketika saya bilang kamar satu lg minta didekatkan cuz im staying with my kids. You offered me a connecting room with an upgraded room without any charge. I'm so grateful thank you. And also, nice pool & playground. However, I'm really sorry to say that I'm kinda disappointed staying at your place though, since it's a 4 star hotel. Handuk yang tidak lagi putih dan sudah agak bau, check in yang super lama, banyak sekali guests yg datang setelah saya masih belum dapat kamar hingga jam 5 sore. It was chaos. Saya sengaja check in di jam 3 hoping the room is ready krn kami mau main sore kepantai. Unfortunately.. saya masih harus menunggu another 30 minutes cuz the room is being cleaned. Ketika di jam 3.30 kami menanyakan kembali kamar kami, ternyata baru satu kamar yg ready. Kamar satu lagi kami masih harus menunggu another half hour. Yang paling mengecewakan adalah variety of your food breakfast. Not much of a choice. Roti pun tidak ada panggangannya dan hanya ada margarine, chocolate dan blueberry jam. Pastry dan doughnuts yg habis dan lama sekali di refill. Juga main course yang habis dan juga lamaaa sekali di isi ulang. Btw, kami di arahkan breakfast di lantai bawah, krn ruangan resto utama penuh. But I didn't expect the food to be so average for a 4 star hotel. Please take care of your hotel cuz my kids loves your pool and playground. Looking forward till the renovations are done.

I stayed here for a few days on a business trip to Jakarta, and what impressed me most was the hotel's 24-hour self-service laundry room – it was incredibly convenient for business travelers like us. While this service is already common in China, eLong takes it a step further by offering complimentary ironing and delivery of laundered clothes directly to your room. It means you don't have to handle anything yourself, ensuring you can meet clients looking sharp and presentable. For those of us staying multiple days, this was a truly pleasant surprise. Additionally, the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk and the cleanliness of the hotel were excellent. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip.

The rooms are really nice, quite new, and the facilities are excellent. It's connected to a large shopping mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby, which is great for Chinese travelers. The breakfast spread is generous, and the swimming pool, though small, is decent. It's a bit on the pricey side, so it's probably best suited for business trips.

It's pretty good for a stay. It's close to everything, especially during the PRJ event. You can just walk to Gate G without queuing. It's also close to Ancol, ITC, and Istiqlal – very strategic! However, upon entering the restaurant for breakfast, my kids were asked to pay IDR 90,000 per child. I then showed them in the app that children under 10 eat for FREE, and only then were they allowed in. Hmm... The reason given was 'high season'. But a big thank you to the wise hotel MANAGER who allowed us into the restaurant. (Because I insisted on showing the app, haha!) Oh, and if you stay during the PRJ event, you might even run into artists who are performing, as many of them tend to stay at this hotel. I actually bumped into Tresno from Type-X!

Facilities: The facilities are new and well-equipped. Cleanliness: It's clean and tidy, with dedicated staff for cleaning. Environment: The environment is great, very quiet around, and convenient for getting anywhere. You can see the sea from the room, which is delightful. Service: The service is very attentive, and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to nearby attractions. Although it only provides one-way service, it's still excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to dining and shopping. The hotel facilities and services are comprehensive, and the breakfast spread is quite generous and suitable for Chinese tastes. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the surrounding area is relatively safe.

Unbeatable Views and Resort Vibes! I recently had a short stay at Gold Coast PIK, and it was exactly the escape I needed. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a resort but sits right in the heart of the action, this is it. I was lucky enough to have a unit that offered both the sparkling sea view and the dazzling city skyline. There are multiple pools to choose from (both indoor and outdoor). The outdoor pool area is stunning, very tropical and well-maintained.

The hotel is not too far from the airport, offering buffet breakfast many items to select. It has a great quiet location, the is an Alfa mart you can get the grocery. with many Chinese restaurants to eat. The rooms are clean and odor-free, there is a window buy can’t open. the bedding is comfortable, the service is excellent, and it offers great value for money.

The room and the view were both excellent. It was clean and tidy, highly recommended. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped, you could even cook your own meals.
