Amazing
GGuest UserHotel is conveniently located next to Harbour Bay ferry terminal and Harbour Bay shopping mall. However it is a distance away from all the malls that people usually head to, so had to spend a bit more on the local transport. They have transport services to K3 Shopping mall (designated timing) and also to the nearby places (those within 3 minutes drive away type) - example Wey Wey Seafood.
Bath towels are provided, would be good if they do provide hand towels too. Overall a very comfortable hotel stay if you enjoy the peace and quiet away from the shopping malls.

MMaei TravellerOverall it is very good. Especially the location, just walk for less than 5mins from the ferry terminal. And it's near everywhere we go. The hotel staff speaks English and the service is good.
However, there are 4 downsides of this hotel.
- There's no ventilator in the toilet.
- The toilet floor is not well level, water is all over the place after the shower.
- The mattress was sagged to a side.
- There's this one day, around 8.30am, I was sleeping, the staff came knocking and multiple doorbells rang until we walked to the door. They were asking if we wanted to do laundry. That night, I had to put up the 'do not disturb sign'.
Other than that, it's good.

GGuest UserBest stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Batam. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the pillow – it helped me sleep really well! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and fast, which made a great first impression. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience and will definitely be coming back on my next visit!

GGuest UserVery well kep, nicely designed and comfortable hotel. Most of my experience matched fully, what I would expect from an well known upscale hotel.
However, my room didn't had any power outlets and no light switch in reach of my bed (I couldn't charge my phone and look at it while lying in bed) . The lights above the bed didn't seem to work (or I couldn't find the matching switch).
These issues seemed to apply only for my room. Others in my group said their rooms didn't had these issues. They in return complained about noise (5am prayers opposite their window and noise from the neighouring room), while I found my room super quiet.
Wifi is provided and easy to login, but with very mediocre bandwidth. Even whatsapp calls had quality issues.
The processes might need a bit of ironing out (tongues instead of a ladle for soup, no spoons that fit into the yogurt shot glasses, rooms not ready for check-in by 3pm), but the staff was super friendly and could fix all issues quickly. It really wasn't a big issue at all.
The breakfast buffet was good and had some very tasty items, notably the Tahu Kentong Sambal.
It was generally a very nice and relaxing stay in a not crowded, luxurious hotel. If I could get a room with a power outlet and light switch next to my bed, I would rate it 5 stars and would book it again.

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel was pretty good. The service was quite welcoming, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied. The only downside was that the room facilities felt a bit outdated. However, the garden landscaping was impressive, and you could tell it must have been a fantastic hotel when it was first renovated.
