GGuest UserOne of the best hotels in Jakarta for sure! Love its proximity to the mall (literally connected through a door). Staff is amazing and helpful. Room is spacious and well-designed. Breakfast is delicious with a good spread. Will come back again for sure as it's really one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in Indonesia.

TTristan HansenI couldn’t fault the service of the hotel staff, they are polite, friendly, helpful and were a delight from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The breakfast selection is impressive covering a wide range of options for all tastes and ethnicities. The room was clean, tidy and safe.

GGuest UserThe highlight was the service, housekeeping, cleanliness, and the interior. Very attentive and the controllables are spot on.
Soundproofing can be better with hallway noises can be heard early morning and late nights. Similarly, inventory control can be improved too. Checked in around 4pm and was advised that room wasn’t ready. Understood that it’s a fully booked weekend and the system could’ve been improved.
However, the hospitality and service more than make it up for the non controllables.

GGuest UserConsidering the rate we paid, we expected a higher standard. The building quality and overall condition felt quite average and didn’t fully reflect the price.
That said, the customer service was excellent — the staff were friendly and helpful — and the free parking was definitely a plus.

CChristy RajanImprovement has to be made in the AC and in the bathroom. This is the second time I am staying at Fame and I face the same situation.
It takes about 2 to 3 hours before the small room gets cool...most probably incorrect preventive maintenance done. Secondly, the shower only gives lukewarm water. Hot water must be made available.

NnitsreAfter booking the hstay sends message saying no foreigners allowed. I sent a few messages through trip.com and made phone calls with no response. I emailed also directly saying I am spouse of Indonesuam and please don't cancel if that is alright. I received no comfort and left anxious for hours before trip.com assured it is not cancelled.
The guy there was smoking, acted clueless about my booking, Took Rp100k deposit without giving receipt. Asked me to take photo.
The room was good/normal, with a new firm bed. Bathroom was clean, but very old and had.foul smell emanating. No hot shower. The lights are bright for a homestay. No amenities at all. The bath towel looked very dull. Stayed one night. Enough unprofessionalism. Moved on to another hotel.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here few times because of the price also location wise. But dont expect like the usual hotel. Its just at par for the comfortness. For those who are sensitive with the cleanliness of toilets will definitely want to avoid.

The bed above has to go up stairs which in my opinion is steep
When climbing into bed, you have to be careful because there is a barrier above
I hit the top barrier which bruised my head
Breakfast is a rice box and pick it up at the receptionist
