AAnonymous UserThe best for the food side. And for the room and its facilities, maybe there should be routine maintenance improvements to make it better in the future because the water in the washbasin is always dripping and in the bathtub the water drain cover is not functioning properly.

LLeonardi CahyawijayaI love to see Intan, the breakfast server. She works very diligent and attention to detail. She works well even in fasting month.
The staffs here very polite and helpful.
We try the free facilities (whirl pool, sauna and steam). Really makes us comfortable and relax.
Wide range selection of breakfast menu. Love it.

AAnonymous UserLocation is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.

GGuest UserThe service is truly incredible! My daughter left her bracelet in the hotel room after we checked out and they could not find it, we had to leave afterwards for our flight. Miraculously, the hotel had shipped it back to our home a week after with no charges. Thank you pentacity hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay and services ☺️ wish you more prosperity to come.

GGuest UserWe had a very nice room it was quite clean ( Could be cleaner perhaps) but the room average was good. We had a funtime during weekend at the aqualand just little bit disappointed that during week days the slides during the day wasn’t operational. The breakfast was good with quite some choice. Overall definitely a place i could go back to

GGuest UserThe hotel in general is poorly maintained and not clean. Some of the toilets in the lobby area were out of order and dirty/stained. The sink in our 3 rooms were cracked in the middle and plastered to keep the slabs together, however the drainage water keeps on dripping down to our feet everytime we used the sink. The bedsheets, pillowcases were not freshly new when we checked in, all the safety lockers were not working after seeking help from the maintenance, and all the fridges in all 3 rooms were either broken or missing. The aircon in our rooms were working well, however, the aircon at the breakfast area were not working. Other clienteles were trying to get the best sitting location near the air blowers provided. we ended up sitting next to an open doorway for breakfast to get some fresh morning breeze. Food selection were limited, and the local spread was somewhat not as tasty or as fresh as other local hotels we have stayed before. We can see that the hotel used to be a grand and beautiful place, it is just a shame to see such a majestic building as Tjokro has lost its sparkle..

AAnonymous UserBlood stains remained on the pillowcase and the bedding didn't look clean. The cleaning condition wasn't bad, but it seems to be old. Maybe because it's the room next to the main road, it was noisy with cars and motorcycles at night. Soundproofing doesn't seem to be good either. Breakfast was neither good nor bad.

DDzakirah dan aisyahThe apartment fits the middle budget, the location is far from malls and places to eat, the cleanliness is quite good because the apartment is quite old and still needs more maintenance, including facilities that need to be improved and services that are still not optimal.
