Из плюсов.
Красивый вид из окна - главное достоинство апартаментов. Кондиционер, холодильник, фен и сейф работали исправно. Номер просторный (мы жили вдвоём). Есть кухонный гарнитур и этажерка под обувь. Много места для вещей с большим количеством вешалок (что редкость в отелях/апартах).
Не смотря на то, что коммуникация с администрацией при заселении проходила дистанционно, нам помогли разобраться, как установить код на сейфе и почему не включался кондиционер. Весьма оперативно и понятно. Спасибо.
В конце посещения владелец пришел уже лично, попросил обратной связи и принял к сведению наши замечания по поводу качества уборки (читать ниже).
Из минусов.
1. Матрас и подушки был мягким. Благо в номере были вторые подушки, более жесткие. Но это мелочь. Дело вкуса.
2. Уборка помещения.
Когда мы приехали, то обнаружили грязную губку для посуды (видимо от предыдущих владельцев). Пятна и разводы на зеркале и грязную посуду, которой не особо хотелось пользоваться. В ванной, на ободке унитаза, был след от мочи 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ С таким я еще ни разу не сталкивался. Душевая кабина и раковина были достаточно грязными. Даже если их протереть, въевшаяся грязь никуда не денется. Пора явно менять донный клапан у раковины, ему очень плохо. Это недорого, зато не будет вводить ваших постояльцев в ступор при его виде. Слабый напор воды в душевой лейке также оставлял желать лучшего.
Далее, в какой-то из дней, когда мы вернулись из завтрака в номер, уборщица «прибиралась» у нас в номере. Я своими глазами видел как она, закончив «уборку» в ванной, не помыв руки, начала мыть наши стаканы (которые мы мыли, к слову). После чего преступила к уборке полов, если это можно назвать таковой. Сначала выборочно прошлась пылесосом (по некоторым местам, не по всей поверхности пола), а затем слегка влажной шваброй, также выборочно, прошла по полу. После такой уборки наши носки все равно были грязными, а песок с предыдущего посещения пляжа, никуда не делся. На оставшиеся дни мы решили отказаться от уборки. Лучше никакой, чем такая.
3. К апартаментам не относится, но учтите 2 важных момента: высокий подъем (даже по местным меркам) и нахождение какого-то ночного клуба неподалеку, музыка которого не умолкает до 03:00 p.m. Если первый момент с лихвой компенсируется прекрасным видом и приватным расположением, то второй добавляет дискомфорта.
За 270€+ за ночь ожидаешь чуть большего. Если бы проживание стоило на 20-30% дешевле, то я даже не стал бы обращать внимание на недостатки. А так, 4 из 5.

We had a wonderful stay at Lindos Sun. The service was excellent, the food good, and the poolside restaurant was a pleasant surprise — offering generous portions at very reasonable prices.
We were lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to one with a private pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A few minor downsides: the nearest supermarket is about a 25-minute walk away along a busy road, so we recommend taking the bus, which conveniently stops right outside the hotel.
Breakfast was good overall, though drinks had to be ordered through the staff rather than being self-serve. This sometimes led to delays — drinks arrived 10–15 minutes after we’d finished eating, which was a bit inconvenient.
All in all, we had a great experience at Lindos Sun. While there are a few small areas for improvement, it’s a lovely hotel that offers great value and service.

The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance.

It’s clean, the bed is more than comfortable, the room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is amazing, the spa was outstanding, the staff were unbelievable, the location is perfect and there is parking. I can’t say enough amazing things because it really was the perfect adult only hotel. But…. And the only but was that we wanted a swim up pool as described on the websites “Heated swim up” with what looks like in the pictures a double bed into the water. It’s not that at all. There is a regular patio with a table and two chairs and a tiny pool with no sun and the water is an ice bath not fit for human beings unless u do cold plunges. We paid double for this room and it was for nothing. Our friends stayed in a regular room facing the pool and paid half the price. There is a noise from the road so I imagine a higher floor on the opposite side is better because it’s sea facing. But other than that everything was 10/10. The pic I have added was the maximum sun the pool gets so maybe the end room gets a bit of sun in the afternoon. But no bed into the pool.

GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel, the location is brilliant, 1 minute walk away from the beach. The Old Town where the main attractions are is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away.
There is parking right out the front free of charge, it can be tricky to find a space, I imagine in the summer it would be difficult but May was fine, I was able to park every day.
The breakfast was fine as well but very busy with not many tables left over. There was also a good choice.
The rooms were clean, although I could not find any controls for the air conditioning so it did get quite stuffy. The air con comes on very briefly when the balcony door is closed and then goes off again after a minute. There were also quite a few small bugs around the balcony door and a few in the bathroom but this may just be because it was very hot in there.
All in all though, a great hotel

SSoreleyaWe really enjoyed our stay at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa.
We had a room with a private pool, and it was a great experience. Even though the water was already a bit cool at the end of September, we still used it and enjoyed the privacy a lot.
The beach is sandy and very pleasant, and the food was tasty with good variety. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxing and well-organized.
The animation team kept a very low profile and was barely noticeable throughout our stay.
In contrast, we would like to give a very special thanks to Stefi, the lifeguard at the big water slides. She is an incredibly kind, warm and smiling person, always attentive and positive. She truly made our experience even better. She even congratulated me on my birthday in such a kind and thoughtful way — it meant a lot to me. Wishing her all the best and great success in the future.
Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would gladly consider returning in the future.

AAnnitaHi, this may seem harsh, but I arrived late, 10 pm, for an early flight the next day. There was a power outage.
After a day of travelling, my phone was low, with no wifi and no power. As a solo traveller, I didn't want to stay in a dark room alone and was fear ful. No attempt was made to warn me of the issue or pre text. I asked the receptionist where i could go for power and she recommended a neighbouring bar. I wandered up the road to find a hotel in the opposite direction and got power there. I felt very vulnerable walking in the night but needed the phone for boarding pass and alarm.
All worked out in the end. When I returned around 1 a.m., power had resumed.The hotel looked quite impressive in the light. And I set my alarm for 3 am. Taxi was booked for 4 am. The receptionist was kind and gave me bottles of water and cake in the morning. Staff were most obliging and helpful it was just an unfortunate incident.

GGuest UserWe regularly visit Rhodes and usually stay at Mitsis Resorts, but this time we decided to try something different and booked the Aulus.
Overall, the staff were pleasant and friendly throughout our stay, and the drinks/cocktails were very nice. The pizza restaurant was definitely the highlight food-wise, although service there felt quite disorganised at times.
Unfortunately, the main buffet food was disappointing and nowhere near the standard we expected. Most dishes were cold, overcooked, and very dry. Booking the à la carte restaurants was also frustrating, as many seemed fully booked before we had even arrived at the hotel.
Another downside was the lack of sunbeds around the pool area, which made it difficult to relax unless you were up very early. There also didn’t seem to be enough staff around during busy times.
Overall, I’d rate the hotel around 6/10. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but compared to other resorts we’ve experienced in Rhodes, I don’t think we would return again.

GGuest UserThe staff, more specifically Ilias, Sofia, the gentleman with long hair that received us at the reception and the lady that serves breakfast, were really nice and this is was without a doubt the best of it. The breakfast was good, on the other hand lunch and dinner was someday's better and someday's worse but the staff was really slow, everyday there was lack of food and we had to ask for more and we had to clean our own tables before we sat down. The cleaning was the worse, the linens were no changed at all, the towels were meant to be changed every two days but this did not happen either. The floor was dirty with sand, hairs and anything else that fell in it because it was never cleaned.
It is quite far from any of the sandy beach's of from the capital, 30 min driving for Rhodes and Faliraki or if you want to go to Lindos 1 hour.
The pool was good, but the surroundings were dirty.
Nonetheless, considering that it was all inclusive, even that not all drinks were included, but there was beer, 4 different cocktails and Greek vodka, gin, tequila, the price was good.

Aanother guestWe've stayed here at the beginning od July. The room was located at the main building. It was very spacious with a huge balony and good working air condition, but with outdated bathroom. Great swimming pools and aquapark but could be more sunbeds. The food was good. There was also swimming pool bar with some snacks and ice cream. The wine, beer and drinks were ok.
The stuff was friendly.
There is a car rental office at the hotel. They have good price and are very helpful.
The hotel is well located, 10 minutes by bus from the airport and 20 minutes from Rodos old town. The bus stop is next to the hotel.
The airplanes frequently approaching to the airport weren't disturbing and watching them was a kind of attraction for us.
I think the biggest problem for the hotel owner is the sewage area located at the central point of the hotel area. It is well hidden with beatiful greenery but the odour is bad. Fortunately, it smells bad only at the close distance to that.
Rodos island is great. We recommend to visit old town Rodos, Lindos town and Filerimos mountain and monastery.

GGuest UserVery happy with our stay for the price we paid it was excellent value. Sure it's a very basic accommodation and bit tired.. Beds bit old and shower didn't stay on hook, one plug socket in room didn't work.. But so what. The place was clean and fine for place to shower and crash. Small balcony but also fine for a couple. Nice view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fridge in room and WiFi that is available everywhere for no additional charge. (Unlike many other Greek hotels). They also gave me a kettle to use when I asked. Breakfast included was very basic and same every day. And only available for 2hours each morning. But again for the price we paid such amazing value compared to other hotels.
Pool was nice size and location good.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend and stay again..
