"The hotel is brand new. It’s clean, the bed is more than comfortable, the room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is amazing, the spa was outstanding, the staff were unbelievable, the location is perfect and there is parking. I can’t say enough amazing things because it really was the perfect adult only hotel. But…. And the only but was that we wanted a swim up pool as described on the websites “Heated swim up” with what looks like in the pictures a double bed into the water. It’s not that at all. There is a regular patio with a table and two chairs and a tiny pool with no sun and the water is an ice bath not fit for human beings unless u do cold plunges. We paid double for this room and it was for nothing. Our friends stayed in a regular room facing the pool and paid half the price. There is a noise from the road so I imagine a higher floor on the opposite side is better because it’s sea facing. But other than that everything was 10/10. The pic I have added was the maximum sun the pool gets so maybe the end room gets a bit of sun in the afternoon. But no bed into the pool."

"We received a very warm welcome from Nicole. She had left wine, juice, and snacks in the apartment as a welcome gift so we would feel right at home! The apartment is lovingly furnished, very clean, and equipped with everything you need for everyday life (everything matches the photos)! A sandy beach right outside the door, a mini-market next door, a quiet location, and the perfect base for exploring the entire island—what more could you want! ☺️ Nicole was always available for us and gave us lots of tips, sights to see all over the island, and restaurant recommendations. Nicole and her mother are such lovely people ❤️ They do so much more than you would expect from an apartment owner. This makes the stay truly special! We will definitely be back! These were the best two weeks of vacation we've had in a long time!"

"currently staying in the hotel, checked in on the 19th of May. Tonight (24th May @1am) we locked ourselves out of the room as we went into our friends room the next door over. we went down to reception and a lady there came up to let us in room. but while in reception, there was also a older man working, I assume the night porter. he turned around and told my friend she needed to wear more clothes in the lobby, he was rude about it. she was wearing a bikini top with shorts and flipflops (very commen outfit worn in a warm country) we also seen people in string bikinis at the lunches and there a pool connected to lobby also. we were locked out of room so how would she have gotten more clothes? also no one down in reception at all to see her. it was really ignorent to say and also inappropriate, as shes only 18. it also really upset my friend, who was left feeling mortified and uncomfortable. we said it to the lovely woman who brought us up to the room, she just said he was oldfashioned. I work as a hotel receptionist myself and this isnt a commen rule in hotels. and we will be putting in a complaint with the hotel also. hotel rooms are nice, bad veiws from our balcony (childrens cresh and abondoned buildings), friendly housekeeping, food isnt great but usually expected with inclusive hotels, other unmentioned facilities are grand."

"The hotel was overall very nice. It was very clean and we saw a lot of cleaning going on in the early mornings which was very nice! Our room was cleaned every day in a very timely fashion, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The only thing that was unfortunate about the hotel was the breakfast. The food was pretty low quality and unappealing in general. We also unfortunately saw some large bugs that made it into the dining room as it was connected to the pool/patio. Generally we avoided the breakfast but enjoyed everything else at the hotel."

"Last summer me, my husband and my 2 years old daughter, spent 2 perfect weeks here. The rooms are well furnished, large and clean, outside there is a large garden and the welcome is very warm. The managers also left us a free room for half a day, to change and shower after the beach, since we had a late flight. The managers are available and respond to any need (we needed a dentist, for example, and they booked it for us). The only problem: the studios are far from everything except the see a little taverna and a little grocery shop, so you necessarily need a car to go to town, to reach a supermarket etc..."

The staff are very friendly. At breakfast there are typical Greek things in addition to what is usually in a buffet. You can go to the center of Rhodes on foot, although there are areas without sidewalks for pedestrians. In the reception area there is a bar where they make good coffee and not the one you get from a machine for breakfast and you can also see a couple of very salty cats."

"We booked this modern and stylish hotel for two nights to explore Rhodes Town at our leisure. The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the old town, which is very convenient. +++ Parking spaces and an underground garage are available. Our room was on the first floor. The furnishings were modern and high-quality, with a large shower, a large TV, and a huge, comfortable bed. Towels, bathrobes, shower gel, and shampoo were provided. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, varied, and plentiful. The staff was friendly. --- The balcony overlooked courtyards and car repair shops. The surroundings aren't particularly attractive, but this wasn't a concern for us. The atrium design isn't very practical in the rain, making it difficult to get to the restaurant or reception for breakfast without getting wet. In conclusion, we would definitely book the Agkyra again. However, the rooms with a pool wouldn't be for us, as I don't think the added value is worth it (the pool is visible from the outside, and the view of the wall isn't particularly appealing)."

"My wife and I have been staying at the Lindos Sun Hotel for 10 days on our honeymoon after getting married on June 21st and flying to Rhodes on June 23rd. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lovely greenery, a spacious outdoor bar, and well-lit, clearly signposted pathways to the rooms. The area is peaceful and quiet at night. Although there's a main road outside, we've never found it disruptive. The hotel is only a 5-minute drive from both Lindos and Pefkos, and we've happily walked to Lindos most days, which takes around 20–30 minutes depending on your fitness level. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast and dinner teams are always smiling and attentive despite working incredibly long hours. The pool and evening bar staff are friendly, chatty, and made us feel genuinely welcome, and after a few days we'd built a great rapport with them. Housekeeping has been excellent too, keeping our room spotless, replenishing the coffee station, and even unclogging our shower drain as soon as we requested it. A special mention has to go to Stavros on reception. Our stay has been fantastic, but our late-night chats with him became something we genuinely looked forward to every day. He is charismatic, personable, and consistently goes above and beyond for guests. He recommended places to visit, provided trusted contacts for activities to help us avoid tourist scams, and even drew maps and explained bus routes and timetables so we could explore Rhodes with confidence. I also have huge respect for the difficult job Stavros does. I witnessed guests being unnecessarily rude during check-in over issues beyond his control. One evening I waited to return a rental car key while a large hen party was checking in with room allocation problems. Stavros handled everything alone, escorted guests to their rooms, and reassured everyone while constantly receiving calls from the manager. It seemed incredibly unfair to expect one person to deal with so much at once, especially when the problems weren't of his making. In contrast, I found the manager quite disrespectful towards staff on several occasions. She has an exceptional team who work tirelessly and care deeply about guests, and they deserve far more appreciation. We're staying in a superior room with a private pool and sea view, and it's perfect. The room has a fridge, a spacious bathroom, a powerful shower, and towels are replaced whenever needed. We've especially loved having our own private pool, although the main pool also looks lovely. The food has been excellent. Breakfast offers plenty of choice, from fresh fruit and yogurt to pastries and cooked breakfast options, with tea and coffee served at your table. The Elia pool bar serves generous, great-value lunches that easily keep you going until dinner. We've also eaten several times at Le Grec, the hotel's fine dining restaurant. Although the portions are smaller, every dish has been beautifu"

The place and the rooms are very well taken care off with love. Same as the breakfast, that they serve you personally under the olive trees. Always with a smile. The staff is really kind and caring. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned professionally every day. The pool and the view are wonderful. Oh and there is 2 cats that don't bother you but just add that extra touch to make you feel home. Delicious breakfast served in stunning shaded courtyard. Theodoris spent time with us talking about the history of Rhodes and gave us recommendations for attractions and restaurants. Elena booked our rental car and Theodoris drove us to the outskirts of the old town in his buggy to meet the car rental rep (old town is car free). Highly recommend staying here. Fabulous quiet location within short walking distance of all the attractions."

"Centrally located hotel with quick access to major attractions. It's close to the bus station and the port where day trips depart. Helpful staff, but the rooms are a bit dark and cramped. Little attention to detail (very worn doors, superficial cleanliness, and not even a welcome bottle of water). Breakfast lacks character and is of average-to-low quality and repetitive. I think you can find better for this price."

"Have been to this Hotel many times and there have been small issues but nothing major so we never complained. I am at this time spending my second Easter here but I am very disappointed. On arrival reported that there was an issue with one bed and we were told to wait to see if they could sort it or if not what would be done. Went back to room with maintenance and it seemed issue is in bed base and it seemed broken. Maintenance disappeared we then waited in the room no one came and as the room also had no phone to call reception we took to our luggage and went again for a second time to reception. The receptionist acted annoyed when we asked for a change off room and said we would have to wait she then went to the back office. My Husband then asked back office person about changing room. We where told to take a seat. Then we where shown to a room she asked if it was ok we checked bed and said it was ok. She then went to leave we told her that we had keft our Easter things in the other room she said they would be sent to the new room. When looking at the room after she left we discovered our view from our balcony is out onto a wall. The bathroom has got mold in areas of the grout, we have a phone but it does not work, the curtains have small moth holes all over them and the safety deposit box was locked Again could not call down about safety deposit box so another trip to reception We declined to return again with them to the room as we had spent enough of our time waiting about due to hotel room issues and wanted to go out. Returning to the Hotel tonight we have voiced our disappointment however this was answered by the age old excuse we are full. I will really think twice about returning again to this Hotel as our complaint has been handled badly and we actually feel we have been down graded into a sub standard room."
