"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—situated right by the scenic canal district with stunning views and an incredible selection of great food options just steps away. Our room was wonderfully quiet, pristine, and well-cleaned throughout our stay, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. A major highlight was the hotel breakfast; the full English breakfast was fantastic and the perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great views, delicious food, and a comfortable, quiet night's sleep!"

"Hotel is in a great position at the top of Broad Street, greeted with a smile at reception and the room was ready early which was a bonus.  The twin room was on the 15th floor with great views over Edgbaston. The only fault was the bathroom door was very heavy and wouldn’t close. This was reported and reception did offer to move us but we had already unpacked.  The biggest disappointment was breakfast - we saw photo in the lift and it looked great especially as my daughter is dairy free. However there were no blueberries or raspberries or strawberries or blackberries and when we pointed this out the lady behind reception said it was a case of false advertising - nothing was offered as compensation so all in all very disappointed."

"The room is neat, spacious and facilities are good but I feel they could have put water or jug in the room for the guest but overall, I'm satisfied with their service. Hope to visit again soon."

"Facilities: Well-maintained. The room and bed were a bit small; it would have been perfect if they were a little larger. Hygiene: Very good. Environment: Extremely close to the train station and Chinatown, making dining very convenient. Getting around is even easier, as the NEC exhibition center is just one train stop away. Service: Good."

"Staff friendly and welcoming. They kindly arranged a complimentary birthday treat in the room. Grateful for that. Room was clean, spacious enough with 2x double beds. Bathroom With shower clean. Breakfast was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect! Me and my daughter booked this hotel to see Louis Tomlinson at the Utilita. It was perfect location. 10 minutes from the train station, 5-10 minutes from the arena. There is also a lot of night life so we managed to find a nice place just across the road to have some food and drinks. The room was lovely too! We had two double beds so we managed to sleep very well after the concert! Will definitely stay again if we have another trip to Birmingham!"

"First time staying at a B&B and it was a great experience! The train station is close by, as is the city center, and the surrounding area is really convenient. Especially handy for Moor Street Station, where you can catch the train to Shakespeare's birthplace – don't go to the wrong one! The large shopping mall has a fantastic design too! "Location was very practical for what I needed but the rooms have no aircon and were very hot and stuffy. The music from the bars on Gas St basin was so loud that the bed was vibrating with the bass beat (& felt even louder because of course I needed the window open). Rooms are very small compared to many other Premier Inns and you need to park offsite"

"Didn’t enjoy the breakfast the eggs wasn’t that good and the bacon was too tough for my liking and also my keys were giving trouble on the second day. But everything else was fine"
