"Private indoor car park direct access to hotel which is really plus. Breakfast is good and many options another plus No air con (only matter when it is heat wave ) during our visit. We have to keep windows opened . Quite noisy from street as windows was opened. Walking to city around 15min . Again all good if there was not heat wave."

"The staff were polite and helpful, the location was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. However, if you are driving to the hotel, please be careful. The area next to the hotel may look like a drop-off point, but stopping there is actually not permitted. It would be very easy to receive a fine if you are not aware of the restriction. The hotel also only has two parking spaces available, so guests travelling by car should take this into consideration."

"I really enjoyed the facilities and the service I received here despite me extending my trip very last minute daily:) ! I was able to extend through Trip.com each time and they was all very helpful. The reception was very helpful and even gave my partner a complimentary happy birthday decoration. The Housekeepers even gave me spare towels before she even got to cleaning our room as I kept extending it as I went along. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore the city and remain close by to the centre and anyone that wants a very modern , spotless hotel!"

"The Hotel is located in a very convenient location just next to the railway station and near the city centre. The restaurant is also good but I would be happier if the check in time could move forward a bit"

"have stayed at The Queens a few times lovely hotel travelled for 10 hours yesterday was shattered had an early night hoping for a lie in before the next part of my journey began was woken up before 7am by children screaming up and down the corridor running between two adjacent rooms slaming doors this went on for an hour when i went out all I was greeted by was the mother saying ”children” I got up checked out early and went and sat in the train station, I did tell the reception desk."

"The room was quite clean, and the price was reasonable for my business trip in the morning. I recommend booking this hotel. The breakfast selection was decent, the facilities were complete, and the surrounding environment was nice, with fresh air in the morning. Highly recommended!"

"We enjoyed our stay,a little disappointed that check in was delayed till 4.15pm as the laundry had not been delivered.We were offered a complimentary drink however I would have appreciated a message to forewarn us of the delay. Any way things happen. Our room on this occasion was larger than the corner room we had a few nights earlier and the temperature was good (the air conditioning was faulty previously so the room was very cold )Breakfast was good with plenty of different options . After check-out we were able to store our luggage for a few hours before we departed for the airport. Staff are polite and respectful and I would be happy to recommend this hotel and to stay there again in the future."

"Hotel was lovely, fab location. However breakfast could be more organised was very chaotic. Coming from a hospitality background I appreciate things can be difficult when busy, which it was but a bit of added customer service and a smile wouldn’t go a miss. Staff rolling their eyes and sighing during service made us feel unwelcome, like we were a problem being there as they were struggling with the amount of customers."
