"My time I spent at rosemary hotel was amazing and great all the staff at reception are always very supportive and there to listen. My stay at this hotel was very pleasant very peaceful and relaxing the room where I checked into was very clean"
"Stayed after a long haul daytime flight. Perfect for a good night's sleep and breakfast was perfect for setting us up on a good days travel in the hirecar.
All staff were polite and professional. Great location not far from picking up the hire car.
We would recommend and use again."
"Best transit hotel if u need to go Heathrow airport T2. Very convenient to take bus even if you have big luggage. Bus number H2D from 0 floor. Take HoppaHotel shuttle bus, cost £7 per pax , about 10-15 minutes. The bus stop right in front of the Hotel. Smiling face reception. Room is basic and clean.
Nearby walking distance to buy fruits/groceries. Some Indian shop sells northern indian food, taste good..price reasonable. Highly recommend Karak Chaii. Just open 6 months ago. Smiling staff and food is good"
"I was made to book the hotel due to a clerical error from the airport/airline following an unprecedented flight cancellation. The people at the concierge were deeply unprofessional and was expecting dozens of passengers who had not been given information about accomodation to contact the airlines for information as the hotel apparently hadn't received bookings. The miscommunication aside, I think it's ridiculous how the staff members communicated with the displaced passengers and was visibly defensive when all we wanted were some clarifications. Similar attitude was experienced by separate concierge staff on a different shift - is customer service taining not a thing at this establishment?
Separately, the hotel restaurant staff were also not great. A server failed to notify me that my food order was not available and tried to gaslight me into saying that I had ordered something else when a wrong dish arrived.
The room was great - thoughtfully designed, clean, and adequate for a short stay. But the staff communication really soured the entire experience."
"Very friendly couple even offered me a portion of their dinner.
Comfortable room with big tv.
The host went out of his way to ensure he met all my needs and also provided privacy I needed to compete my work on computer."
"The breakfast was good, affordable, and within budget. It was a typical British cooked breakfast—simple, filling, and satisfying. It’s a great option when you want a decent meal without having to worry about cooking or preparing anything yourself. Overall, good value for money and convenient."
"I felt very comfortable and it was very clean. The service attitude was excellent. If you're coming here for a trip, you can definitely consider this hotel, it's really good. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of food options near the hotel, so you don't have to walk too far."
"I specifically came to photograph planes and booked a runway view room. Although the room was a bit dated, it was very clean. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept really well these past few days. I was delighted to meet Jerson from the restaurant; he provided attentive service every time. He's truly thoughtful, friendly, and excellent!"

Very Good
BBertBenThis hotel is pretty good for the price. The room size was just right, and the staff were very friendly. We arrived around 11 AM, and they allowed us to check in early, which was great. The breakfast had a lot of choices and is worth trying.
The only two downsides are: if you walk from Whitechapel, that area feels a bit messy and smells quite strong. Also, the kitchen is really small, but it seems like most Aparthotels in Europe are like that.
KKL@@Great place to stay very local to tube. All the staff were very polite, friendly, attentive and kind as well as maintaining professionalism. Breakfast had a good selection, however I like the light option but one can clearly enjoy whatever they wish. I slept very well. The rooms were spacious with Aircon and as a bonus I couldn’t hear anyone from other rooms. I would definitely recommend ROCKWELL to others and I would stay here again. Thank you for my stay!
NNA2026Great stay at the Novotel Canary Wharf. super easy access to the subway and a smooth connection to the airport, which made getting around effortless. There's a convenient coffee shop right downstairs, perfect for a quick start to the day. Loved being able to unwind at the pool and sauna after a long day out. Definitely will come back!
GGuest UserThis was the first hotel for our family's UK trip. After much deliberation, we chose this Holiday Inn Express which is quite close to the city center. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, buses, and trains. The hotel maintained the consistent quality of the Holiday Inn brand. We were also lucky enough to snag a group deal that included parking and some meals. A special thank you goes to Christina, a kind and patient lady who speaks Chinese. Due to the high demand for rooms on the weekend and our first-time use of a Ctrip hotel group coupon, the check-in process was a bit convoluted, but the final outcome was very satisfying. Our family left London happily to begin the next leg of our journey. BTW, we encountered many odd Indian guests; whether it was in the cramped elevator or at the popular breakfast buffet, they all exuded a strange confidence, as if they owned the place. I wonder who gave them that idea 🤔🤔🤔
GGuest UserGreat location for Piccadilly and the London sights. Breakfast was also fabulous. Staff at the hotel go above and beyond. Special thanks to Radi Dimiatrova and Kariny Cazuza for their careful preparation of our room for our arrival. This was a reunion for me and my daughter and it was a great surprise. Thanks to all the hotel staff who looked after us during our stay and for the bar staff for looking after us with Negronis one night in the piano bar!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel service was excellent. The concierge offered complimentary luggage storage, and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and amenities provided. The room itself was fully equipped with everything we needed. This year, the UK has experienced unusually hot weather, so having air conditioning indoors was a huge plus. The transportation is very convenient, as it's only about 300 meters from Shepherd's Bush, and the Westfield shopping center nearby makes shopping super easy. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
BBoYanboThis is a 'decent' hotel. Yes, that's the word. The facilities aren't brand new, but the mattress in the room is still comfortable, the towels are still soft, the toilet paper is still thick, and the hygiene standards are consistently good. The breakfast is a classic English breakfast, meeting the expected standards for a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a wealthy area of London with very convenient transportation; the subway station is right next door. And the price, especially during the off-season, offers fantastic value for money. Backed by the Millennium Hotels Group and Singaporean capital, it's surprisingly good – the hotel's own restaurant serves authentic wonton noodles and Hainanese chicken rice! Plus, guests get discount coupons! If I had to summarize in one sentence, I'd say this is a well-managed, old-fashioned but not outdated hotel.
AAnonymous UserPros:
1. Great location with convenient transportation, close to all major attractions.
2. Well-developed surrounding commercial facilities, making it easy to purchase daily necessities.
3. Rooms are cleaned daily and include a safe.
Cons:
1. The building is old and the space is cramped.
2. No air conditioning and poor ventilation. Not recommended during hot summer periods.
3. Street-facing rooms are noisy, with frequent sounds of cars and motorcycles revving their engines.
AAnil ShewakramA memorable hotel stay seamlessly blends comfort, exceptional service, and local charm. The experience begins with a warm, efficient welcome that immediately washes away travel fatigue. Inside the room, pristine cleanliness and thoughtful design create a personal sanctuary, featuring a plush bed and modern amenities. Delightful surprises, like a stunning window view or complimentary local treats, elevate the atmosphere. Exceptional hospitality shines through attentive staff who anticipate needs without intruding. Dining experiences, from a vibrant breakfast buffet to artisan coffee, celebrate regional flavours. Ultimately, a perfect stay transforms a simple lodging choice into a relaxing, unforgettable highlight of the journey.
GGuest UserEven though it's far from central London, it's about a 15-minute walk to the tube station, and there's a bus stop right outside with frequent services. The hotel is basic, but for the price, it's excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is an extra £5.99, and it's absolutely worth it compared to prices in the area. The room was small but functional, with a new bathroom. The only minor issue was that when we arrived at Britannia Inn, they directed us to another hotel (Park Hotel) from the same group, about 500m away.
