"We stayed at this hotel for 2 concerts 1)the weeknd 2) Ariana Grande, it was the perfect location central to both Wembley and the O2. Tube was right at the door and plenty of shops near by, staff were amazing!! Check in process effort less and great for early check in possibility… I have 2 flaws but nothing that is major to not book. The bathroom door needed a lock and maybe an extra pillow. As I said nothing massive just personal comments. Would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to be connected to central London!"

"The hotel's location is quite good, close to the British Museum, a 5-minute walk to the subway, and about a 15-minute walk to St Pancras International Station. There's a supermarket nearby, as well as Chinese restaurants, Starbucks, and bakeries. So, I'm very satisfied with the location. Regarding the room, to be honest, there are a few triple rooms, and the room isn't small. However, there was no air conditioning. I called and was told they could send a fan, but it never arrived after two calls. They were very polite, but no action was taken. Also, there were no slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes, which is quite normal. Overall, it's fine for an overnight stay."

"As a solo traveler, I had such a wonderful stay at Mimi’s. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. It was a tiny room but worked for one person with all the needed items, including a hair dryer and the life saving air conditioner. They also offer £10 charge to store luggage which was nice for walking around before leaving the area. The lobby is also quite lovely and relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again, a wonderful spot in the center of theatres and restaurants."

"Great location very easy checking in and explanation in getting to our capsule was very clear. The toilets and showers were mostly clean and I did see cleaners in there through out the day. I took a lock with me for when I was not in the capsule and was happy to use it so we could leave our bags and feel secure. The bed was comfortable and clean and with plug socket and cable section a fan for circulation and light everything you need."

"The hotel location and price is very good. During my stay, I needed to change rooms and therefore had to store my luggage between check-out and check-in. The first time, a staff member took my luggage and placed it in the luggage storage room for me. However, the second time, I was asked to enter the luggage room myself to store and later retrieve my luggage. What concerned me was the inconsistency in the process. Although luggage tags were used, no luggage tag, room number, or identity check was performed when I collected my luggage. This made me unsure about the hotel’s luggage storage procedures and raised concerns about security and accountability. I would appreciate a more consistent and clearly managed luggage storage process to give guests greater confidence in the safety of their belongings."

"Stayed for seven nights. The separate keycard access made it very secure. It's conveniently located with Russel Station and Euston Station nearby, which is great for any tube or train travel. There's a Chinese supermarket nearby, along with Tesco, Waitrose, and Sainsbury's Local, making it easy to buy food. The breakfast is abundant, but it's the same every day, so it can get a bit boring, though that doesn't stop me from giving it a full score."

"Location: Next to Russell Square, very close to the British Museum and Euston Station. It's about a 20-minute walk to Chinatown, which is quite convenient. I booked a double room on Trip.com, and to my surprise, I was given a room on the seventh floor. Then I was told there was a dedicated elevator for the seventh floor, which immediately raised a red flag. When I took the elevator, I realized it was an added-on lift, and you had to manually open the door at the top. The seventh floor is an extension the hotel built, as you can see in photo 2. London in August was very hot, and the room was incredibly stuffy, with only a small fan provided. Since it was peak tourist season in London during the summer, I paid over 900 yuan, and breakfast wasn't included. The room's facilities were quite old, and I found a lot of black hairs and dirt on the duvet cover. I had to call staff to change it. If possible, try to avoid rooms on the seventh floor. I don't know what the rooms on other floors are like, but if the price is over 1000 yuan, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The hotel offers free luggage storage."

"How to put it? In London, don't expect too much from a serviced apartment where you can cook. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the British Museum and a subway station, and there's a supermarket right across the street, which is very convenient. As for the hotel's facilities, they are very, very mediocre. The air conditioning in the room is centrally controlled with a very weak, almost non-existent airflow. Luckily, the bedroom window can be opened, as the living room window was broken. The Wi-Fi was intermittent, and the hot water was odd; it would sporadically turn cold. The front desk explained that this sometimes happens when there are many guests. We stayed for 5 days and there was no room cleaning service. That's just how it is. The free coffee on the first floor was a small bonus, I guess."

"優點大於缺點吧： 先説優點1、位置比較好，直接在中國城裡，吃喝玩樂都方便，去西區看劇、逛大英博物館、國家美術館、特拉法加廣場等等都可以步行，腳力好的可以步行白金漢宮、西敏寺等。攝政街、牛津街也在步行範圍內👍2、空間舒適，設備齊全，膠囊咖啡機、烤箱微波爐、洗碗機、洗衣機…居然還有炒菜的油鹽調料（雖然可能是上個退房的留下的）3、衞浴產品不夠用發郵件立馬有管家送來 缺點：1、真的很吵很吵，附近太熱鬧了，中餐館的油煙機聲音也是真的很大，不太能開窗，但是又沒有空調，高温就比較難受，我們入住期間樓下還在挖路，一早8點就開始沖擊鑽…2、沒有電梯，樓層又特別高，住二樓拿着28村行李箱爬了5層樓的樓梯…"

"The location is quite good, less than a 10-minute walk from the British Museum, and under 1.5 km from King's Cross, Euston, and St Pancras stations. The price isn't cheap, at 2000 CNY per day including breakfast. You need to use your key card to access specific floors via the elevator, which feels quite secure. The room looks as pictured, it's actually fine, but there's no air conditioning... Rooms facing the garden are indeed quiet, you don't hear motorcycles or ambulances. However, in the afternoon and early evening, it gets a lot of sun. If you don't open the window, it's hot, but if you do, there's no screen, which I found unusual. Though, I didn't notice any mosquitoes, so perhaps it's more suitable for winter stays. The toilet flush sometimes only released a little water, and adjusting the water temperature for the shower was a bit tricky. But what I found most inconvenient was the sink; it was too low, really only suitable for use while sitting on the toilet. There's a fridge, and they provide quite a few Twinings tea bags every day. There are convenience stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is on the ground floor, starting at 7 AM. You have to queue and check in individually at the front desk. For five days, the breakfast menu was exactly the same, but the variety was decent for Western cuisine. Oh, and there's a machine for getting water in the lobby on the ground floor, and it has ice water."
