"I enjoyed the location of the hotel, it was really clean and tidy the room was beautiful with a view of the local bus station on its doorstep also BBC Coventry radio behind the hotel. The room was spacious with all accessories we needed. Could've done with a wet room as me and my partner are disabled but because its a family room its expected to have a bath with shower head over the bath. We was on the 4th floor with lift nearby"

"Booked the hotel as it was near the place I was gonna work at the next day. It was accessible, very near the train station, and the town centre as well. Even though it was close to them, the place felt safe. It had all the basic amenities and it was clean. The people at reception were nice as well."

"I usually book this hotel like every 2-3 months whenever I come to coventry but this time it felt like a bit awkward due to staff behaviour. I just wanna clear ‘The lady’ who checked me in was really nice, sweet and professional with what she’s doing, however the morning staff wasn’t very polite as I had already paid for a late checkout because I wasn’t well that night and couldn’t rest properly, yet the staff still called me without first double-checking with their team which shows there’s no communication. I was unwell and asleep when they called, and instead of apologising for the mistake, the lady hung up abruptly.  On top of that, the housekeeping staff opened my room door without knocking first and again there’s no apology. They opened the door and only then said “hello,” which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.  Overall, the lack of communication, manners, and respect for guest privacy really affected our experience and I’m I won’t come back here again."

"The overall room of the hotel is spacious and well equipped. The location is located in the center of Coventry and it is convenient to travel. It was the last morning of the room toilet that smelled strange, which slightly affected the experience of staying."

"We were really impressed with this hotel. On our first day, we arrived at 10 AM for check-in and the staff let us check in immediately because a room was available. We stayed here for 5 nights, and the staff cleaned our room and changed our towels every day. The room was clean, and the reception staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Our family plans to visit Coventry again next year, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again. The hotel is right next to Coventry train station, making it very convenient for travel."

"Booked this hotel for my graduation ceremony. Aside from being a bit overpriced, everything else was really good. If I ever come back to Coventry, I'd definitely consider staying here again. The location is directly opposite the university (CV) and it's a 5-minute walk to the city center where Marks & Spencer is. There are also bus stops nearby, which is very convenient. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a safe, fridge, kettle, TV, and minibar. The shower pressure was great and the water temperature was perfect. Even though it's close to the street, I didn't find it noisy. However, the hallway soundproofing isn't great, so you can hear people walking by. 💤"

"The room was spacious, much more than I thought that it would be. It was also very clean. As we were out most of the time, we couldn't really get to use any of the facilities, if any in the hotel. As it's right smacked within the Coventry Club Football Arena, I can imagine it being a good accomodation for football fans whenever there's a match. The downside is that it's a little out of the way from the city centre. Unless you have a car, it might not be convenient to go to the city centre from this hotel."

"Best swimming pool in Conventry, extra £5 per day per visitor, so I didn’t join. Self-check in, no service. Pub and Starbucks downstairs, Friday 4pm onwards free car park until Sunday. Weekday parking fee applies."

"I loved staying at the Wyken Inn, in Coventry. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left,I was made to feel very welcome. The management and all the staff were all so friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, The food was great and being a Wheelchair user, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. I would highly recommend staying here and I am looking forward to going back to stay there in May. THANKS GUYS. LYNN."
