"I would like to thank all the staff at this premier inn for wonderful customer service.We arrived to book for 3 nights as our previous accommodation was not suitable and had travelled from Scotland for the May weekend.We were checked in very prompt and our rooms were perfect. Great location for all Coventry City centre amenities. The breakfast was good and although it was busy the staff were very helpful.We enjoyed our stay and stayed in a premier plus room which had everything we needed including a coffee machine and fridge with complimentary water on arrival. Thank-you to all the reception staff who were very welcoming."

"Absolutely shocking premier inn. Room was awful with sticky carpet. Bathroom is so old and falling to bits. Tv is the size of my iPad. Restaurant had sticky floor and tables. Staff were genuinely embarrassed by the state of it. And £176 including breakfast for the privilege. Do not stay here under any circumstances. Find another place. Very few people staying. No wonder."
