"A very special accommodation, the room is beautiful, the staggered stairs are interesting, there are welcome snacks, and the location is good, but the wind is too loud and the light in the shared bathroom is broken and no one has repaired it."

"The room was clean and the location was convenient. However, the staff's handling of room assignments needs improvement! I had booked a two-night stay, but through two different platforms. When checking in, I specifically mentioned this and asked if they could arrange for me to stay in the same room for both nights. The staff said it was possible, but I would need to check out after the first night and then check back in the next morning at the front desk, as they couldn't directly perform 'in and out' procedures due to company policy. I understood this was their procedure and was willing to follow it. But the next morning at 9:30 AM, a staff member knocked on our door saying there was an important notice. Apparently, another guest, who was a 'premium guest,' had specifically requested the room we were currently in, so we had to move. I feel the front desk staff handled this very poorly."

"Visiting our son in East Dulwich and this location is excellent for us as not too far to walk from both our sons and the station. Rooms comfy, bed good, could pay more attention to the small details. We have stayed previously in a different room, which was perhaps more newly decorated. We were woken most nights by someone in the room above constantly walking about ( apparently working ) which was disappointing, so next time we will request a top floor"

"This is absolutely superb! I booked the smallest room thinking that for two nights that would do. Turned out I could easily live there for a couple of months! The space is so smartly organised that you don't feel the lack of space. Everything is elegant and cosy. The bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, beautifully looking and everything is in perfect working order. All spotless clean. Definitely going to book it again once I am in London and will recommend it to all of my friends."

"Surprisingly, such a good hotel. Tiny, cozy and has so many benefits: free breakfast, welcome fruits, all the accessories you may need (shaving kit, shower cap etc). Rooms are small, but nicely quipped. Perfect water pressure (so rare in city centre) and even a lift (actually 2) and fridges in the rooms. We were allowed to take our rooms 40 minutes earlier, very kind of them. There are so many complimentary things at the reception, that it’s hard to mention: candy of different types, 2 drinks, fruits, biscuits … Two disadvantages only: no parking at all and small beds (double bed is only good for slim people, though bed is very comfy). Definitely, will come back!"

"Great value for money, very affordable. I stayed in the bottom bunk of a triple room. The bathroom can get a bit crowded at times, so it's best to avoid peak hours if you need to wash up. It's a good idea to bring your own lock, otherwise, you might have to buy one from the front desk."

"I liked it a lot, we had premium rooms and it was very good except that my towel smelled bad, another thing I didn't like was the English breakfast, which was good except for that because there was a kind of strange bacon that couldn't even be cut and you could barely eat, the rest was perfect, the receptionist was very nice and did a very good job."

"周邊環境來説酒店連着一個pub可以點酒啊飲料，pub裏一般都是周邊住着的老年顧客，白天還是蠻安全的（我沒在天黑晚上出去過），房間一個鑰匙，出門一樓一個鑰匙，老闆和員工人都很好，聊天知道我是中國人之後給我發的郵件都特意中文加拼音，特別可愛友善，需要客房清潔記得給酒店員工説，wifi比較流暢而且有冰箱"

"We checked in around 4.30pm, after arriving by train at Warerloo station. The reception staff were all ready to greet my party of 3. We had called before we booked to ask for a city view room looking at the london eye, we were told this room was available and so we booked. We were given our key card and told the room was on the 3rd floor, which instantly caught my attention, and to no suprise the view from our window was looking at the hospital across the road, which although has some great vintage ambulances outside, it wasnt the view we asked or paid for. We didn't report anything or ask for a room change as we needed to leave for our booked dinner to get to the theatre on time. We then strolled in around 1am and thought there was no point in complaining at that hour. The room was great, lots of space, super comfortable beds and pillows - it's actually the best night sleep I've had in a hotel in a really long time - it even beats the marvel hotel in disney Paris. The weather in London was very hot and humid and yet the hotel and the room was just perfect, we didn't have to change the temperature at all. The linen and towels were clean and really soft - the bed was like air! The hallways and walkways were really calm subtle. The breakfast was really good and fresh, there wasn't a large amount of food available but at least something for everyone. I had waffles and syrup with fruit flavoured water which was all fabulous and a great start for us before heading back on the 7am train. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area."
