"It was a really pleasant stay. Very quick to check in and check out. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. The room is clean and hallway smells divine. In addition it is located in the city proper. I enjoyed going around the city and have done a lot of shopping. I will definitely come back and stay here."

"I stayed for 2 nights at Clarendon Hotel in Blackheath, all ok as far as I'm concerned though weather was rainy but obviously not the management l's fault so no point complaining. Interestingly the grass was yellow on account of a draught that took place the week before"

"The waiters are friendly, the hotel food is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, there are vegetable markets, markets, and supermarkets nearby, and it is very convenient to go out to the bus and subway."

"Great location, 10 minute walk from Greenwich centre and well served by busses, trains and the underground. The Aparthotel was comfortable and the rooms well insulated so no road noise. Each room has a fridge, hob, a combi microwave and Nespresso machine. The tv was great as it a cast facility to connect media apps from a phone or laptop. The check in staff, especially Maddie, were great, very efficient and responsive to all queries"

"From the moment we walked in, Fara at reception set the perfect vibe for the weekend. Her energy, warmth, and genuine effort made a group of lads feel genuinely looked after—which isn't always easy! We were in Greenwich for my friend's stag do, and Fara went above and beyond by decorating the room with balloons and leaving a cake to celebrate. It was such a thoughtful touch that kicked things off in style. The hotel itself was spot on—great location right by the O2 and tube links, clean and comfortable rooms, decent value, and a solid breakfast to fuel the day after a big night out. Noise levels were surprisingly manageable too, even for a group booking. Honestly, not a single complaint. Fara's hospitality turned a good weekend into a truly memorable one. Big thanks to the whole Novotel Greenwich team—we'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel rep was kind enough to reply that they could not refund or change the dates of my stay when I informed them with proof of an email by Emirates who cancelled the original flight and rescheduled it causing me to lose an entire whole day and of course my paid booking at the hotel. When I finally landed I actually went to have a look and found the hotel as above. I really hope Trip.com will look into this issue of getting hotels to consider refunds in the event such as illness, emergency or flight cancellations or factors out of customers control regardless of the original clause of non refundable within 24 hours."

"I stayed at the Premier Inn Greenwich for two nights, though unfortunately, I was unwell for the entire duration and didn’t get a chance to explore or travel around. I spent my time in the hotel room resting and sleeping. The hotel itself was comfortable and quiet – perfect for someone needing rest. The bed was supportive, the room was clean, and the environment was peaceful, which made it easier to recover. I didn’t interact much with the staff due to my condition, but check-in was smooth and everything I needed was already in the room. One thing to note is that the hotel is quite far from central London. To get around, you'd typically need to rely on the DLR (Docklands Light Railway), which is convenient but does add some travel time compared to staying more centrally. While this wasn’t an issue for me personally on this trip, it’s something worth considering for future stays. Overall, while I can’t speak much to the sightseeing or amenities, the hotel provided a calm and restful environment when I needed it most."

"The hotel is new, and the front desk service was good. Having air conditioning was a plus. The only downside is that because the hotel is so new, there's a bit of an odor. The location is also good. I would definitely recommend it, especially if the price is under 100 pesos."
