Hotels near Sentier Metro Station, Paris

1) The location is excellent, right next to the metro station in the city center, very close to the Opera House, and not far from Place de la Concorde. 2) It's convenient and safe. There's a Carrefour supermarket and a local organic supermarket nearby, with plenty of dining options. 3) The croissants at breakfast are incredibly large and fluffy – highly recommended! They're much better than many outside bakeries 😋! 4) The staff are willing to speak English and are helpful. They offer free luggage storage and will provide a hairdryer upon request.

I booked through Trip.com with a discounted rate, hotel gave me a downstairs room whose window faced the main street, with people walking and noise, I asked if I could change it to another room due to light sleeper, but they mentioned because of the discounted rate is getting that room, they didn't sound very happy :( the bed wasn't ready with a quilt, pillow has some blood stain. Other than location, breakfast was alright, wasn’t very happy with the arrangement.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Paris but surprisingly silent thanks to the delicious square on which it faces. The rooms are clean, with cool and contemporary furniture that makes the atmosphere really pleasant. A special thanks to the boys of the restaurant: sympathetic, comfortable and always ready to make you feel at home. It became our little ritual to end every day with them.

I was drawn to this hotel by the 'great view from the window' tag on the booking page. To my dismay, when I opened the window in our room, all I saw were three walls! Looking at the hotel's room layout, it seems only two rooms per floor actually have a street view. Couldn't the booking page be more specific about this? If they had been clearer, I wouldn't have booked here, especially since there are so many other options in the area. The only good thing about this hotel is its decent location. The elevator is as tiny as a household fridge, and you even have to open it yourself! Yes, you heard that right, open it yourself! The front desk had a French staff member whose English was good, making communication smooth. However, there was another staff member, possibly Vietnamese or from somewhere else in Southeast Asia, with whom communication was completely impossible – a total language barrier. I booked this hotel because I was taking a train the next day. Booking in advance made it much more affordable. The location is convenient; it's close to the subway, drugstores, and a small supermarket. There are also many restaurants nearby. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, but that's pretty typical for Paris, so it's fine. 😂

The room is really small. Three people can only put their luggage in a row. There is no space to turn around. The price is about right for this location. You need to walk to get around. It's more than 1 km to take a taxi to Galeries Lafayette and the Louvre.

Breakfast was excellent, Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cheeses, pastries, cereals, yoghurts, all very good quality apple juice, orange juice, tea, coffee et cetera The room was fine ,nice big bed & comfortable…I didn’t really like the pillows, but my partner did. I found the room very warm. I’m not sure the air-conditioning was working and it only went down to 17°. The bathroom was very small, but had everything you needed and was Clean My partner is 6 foot four and found the shower quite a squeeze( He’s tall, not fat) Reception were very helpful. The Restaurant staff were lovely. The Cleaner is very pleasant. There was a hairdryer ,tea and coffee making facilities You can help yourself from the downstairs bar for extra tea, coffee, milk, et cetera or ask at reception We had clean towels every day as there was nowhere to dry the  towels… The towels were very small. You might want to take a microfibre one with you if you’re used to a larger towel. It is noisy as it is on a junction where the train station is, but the trains do stop at midnight.. They do provide earplugs👍 One night, some people were talking outside at 3 am we were on the third floor.. The other guests were slamming doors at God knows what time and you could hear people using the bathroom..

The good thing about this hotel is its location. It is very close to the subway. However, the hygiene is not very good. The pillows smell of sweat. The first night, they gave us the wrong room, and we entered someone else’s room accidentally. Then they assigned us another room without AC. The second night, we got a new room with AC, which was broken the next night. Overall, the room is very mediocre but our 216 is relatively big, and the facilities are old. I will consider other hotels next time.

Highly recommended, quiet neighborhood and 2 metro stops 3 minutes each from the hotel, Sant Denisse also has many connections, very attentive and friendly staff, good breakfast.

We had a great time, beautiful room, the upgraded our room as a surprise on arrival, super clean, nice buffet breakfast with great variety of bread and pastry, not a lot of variety on filling, but varied for every taste including vegetarian, lactose free etc. A beautiful hotel recommended.
