Anonymous UserThe location of the hotel is excellent, it is in the Bourse building of the Old Port area and within walking distance to the port area and museums. Service is good, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

terrie leeConvenient location with access to parking which was rather pricey 43 euro for 38 hours even with discount. You can leave your car and spend the day walking around Marseille.
It’s walking distance to both old and new ports. Near the hotel there are two shopping malls - Deck Village and Printemps.

Nat 李凤临Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay…
The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up).
The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast.
Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina.
The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window!
The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage).
Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations.
The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday.
The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed.
The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day.
There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel.
The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

Guest UserLovely modern aparthotel
Very clean and modern style rooms with large walk in shower, memory foam bed made for comfortable sleeping and the bed being a full side instead of two singles pushed together was a bonus compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The tv had option to connect Netflix which we found to fit the style of the room.
The reception team were friendly and very helpful.
The lobby was unique and different, plenty space to lounge with an array of different chairs/ couches to enjoy while you wait with lots of available charging ports nearby too.
There was a pool area with a sauna and hammam, this was an additional €10pp to use for an hour but very nice facilities to use.
We stayed in the panoramic sea view room and it was worth the view however there was construction so we couldn’t open the window or have the curtains back to enjoy the view properly.
However if we return we would book again and would recommend to stay here 😊

The location is very convenient. The hotel has access control, which is relatively safe. Free luggage storage. There are not many simple cafes around. Breakfast was added, which was very amazing. The staff are very polite

The biggest advantage is that the train station is very close. The train station is on a high ground. It is very difficult to pull boxes in the city, such as the old port. It is recommended that the subway taxi is closer. The whole Marseille has various heights and lows. ibis is mainly soundproofed. The sound of other neighbors closing the door is not loud outside the window. Breakfast is really good at this price hotel.

No_return_dateThis place is very basic and I feel like I overpaid given my experience. First it is close enough to a dance club that you can hear the music and patrons. In my case that was until 5:15 am when I got up for an early morning train. The shower is handheld and not mounted to the wall so it is a bit like bathing with a hose. No working elevator and the stairs were not built evenly so walking up and down them risks a fall or turned ankle. The thing this place has going for it is it’s proximity to the marina and it is a reasonable walk from the train station.

Hassan Eren AliNice building , workers are very friendly. When we first arrived at hotel we thought it was closed but keep pressing the button to ring the reception to open the door for you. Keep in mind bring your own towel or you have to buy one here.

First time in Marseille. Fine to have stayed at this apartment but probably won't again.
I had to chase for the access instructions myself. Also annoying to have to go pick up the keys from Ibis (collection itself was quick), which is a 9-minute walk to the apartment. The fob worked but the 2 keys attached did not open any doors. Email instructions, while clear, were not entirely accurate - referring to going right when in fact I needed to find the apartment on the left.
Bit of drama one morning as I forgot my phone inside the apartment and had locked myself out. Had keys on me but the keys couldn't actually open the door, and of course I couldn't remember the super-secure 9-digit digital code! Only eventually managed to get in but asking a neighbour who thankfully was able to call the apartment manager. They should have given me working manual keys but never did.
Apartment itself was very clean. Lots of linen. Comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as hidden under the sofa bed. Basic toiletries included. Washing machine worked. Heating was plenty sufficient. No dishwasher but not an issue as I did not cook much. (2 induction hob rings right against the wall which I didn't think was conducive to cooking anything more than the super basic, but fine for me this trip.)
Overall it was okay. Location super convenient, but I'd prefer somewhere quieter, where people and traffic noise wouldn't be so loud and go on after hours. Also somewhere without people relieving themselves next to large bins right outside the building's front door. Somewhere more pleasant...
