"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Charlemagne By HappyCulture in Lyon! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with spacious rooms and a peaceful atmosphere — a real plus in the city center. The location is perfect: just steps away from the Perrache station, tram and metro stops, and within easy walking distance to the old town and the riverside. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they kindly allowed us to check in early at no extra cost. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and a perfect base for exploring Lyon. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!"

"This hotel is pretty much your standard domestic budget hotel, and Novotel, being a global chain, is consistently decent worldwide. This particular Novotel in Lyon even waived the parking fee, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were all very welcoming."

"It’s conveniently located right next to the train, tram, and metro stations, yet surprisingly quiet. The service is good, and the hotel breakfast is excellent. The lift is old and occasionally unreliable, though the hotel is currently upgrading it. There was only one functioning coffee machine during our stay, but fortunately, the queue was never too long."

"The location is great, right in the city center. The host was very welcoming; we arrived super early on the first day and stayed in the lobby for a long time, and they didn't rush us out. The room is super small, and even though there are two bathrooms, one is only for showering and not for using the toilet. The toilet in the other bathroom had some issues with the hot water. Only one of the two bedrooms has a door. However, considering the low price and cleanliness, it's still worth it."

"Oda aşırı ufaktı. Dolap yoktu öyle açıkta 2 askı vardı. Fön makinesi, kettle, cam bardak vs… yoktu. Tekrar yazıyorum oda o kadar ufaktı ki bavul koyacak yer yoktu. Kahvaltıda minimum çeşit vardı. Personnel sıcak ve ilgili idi. Resepsiyonun oraya sıcak su ve kahve poşetleri koymuşlardı. İsteyen bedava içebiliyordu. Semt kötü,tehlikeli değildi ama çok sakin, hiç kimsenin olmadığı bir yerdi. Bir daha kalır mıyım? Hayır üç gece ufak odadan daraldım. Odada kettle ve fön makinası da önemli benim için. Kahvaltıda yetersiz."
