"The room was very spacious. Self check-in was a breeze. The bathroom was large with stable water pressure. You can grab a light meal on the first floor. It's super convenient to get to the city center by subway, and the value for money is great. I'll definitely come back again."

"The room was clean and large, and the desk was sufficient and easy to spend. The bathroom was fine. Because there were many windows in the corner room, the room felt a bit cold even if I used air conditioning. If you put it in bed, the futon is warm and no problem. The staff at the front desk are all nice and greet you brightly when you enter and exit. Free breakfast is also substantial and very delicious and satisfying. Especially the crispy bacon and berry yogurt and jam were delicious. Some people may feel a little scared of the elevator, but I think it's okay if you get used to it. There are many public transportation platforms around, and there are supermarkets, so the location is also the best."

"This hotel is perfectly located, very close to the harbour. The Metro Line 4 stop is just 50 metres outside the door. It is immaculately clean, fitted with a complete kitchen set so we could cook our own meals. There is also a free Finnish sauna, which was lovely. The staff are very nice to us, and we had a really pleasant stay. One parcel arrived late after we had already returned to Poland, and they kindly helped to delivery it over to us. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely book this place again when we travel to Finland next time."

"Location, Hotel, room, and breakfast were all quite good. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the sauna and to the gym. Our stay was good. Warning : don't use the shoes cleaning polishing machine in the lobby it badly scratched my brand new shoes and the staff didn't give a damn about it."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. Public transportation is easily accessible, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making everything we needed within reach. Many tourist attractions are also within walking distance, which made exploring the area very easy. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"We stayed here for just one night and the location is near the railway station and most of the tourists attractions in walk distance. The rooms is quite spacious except the towels smell like long time no change.. can’t find the phone in room to contact the front desk but they did reply through email as a timely manner. The hotel is quite big so needs some walk inside to get to the room, no bellboy to handle your luggage. And suitcase storage is a room with lock but without any tag attachment service. Guest just put the suitcases themselves in and the space may be not enough so some of the suitcases need to be put outside the room with no particular person to take care of. Overall, good to have a short stay here. The breakfast choice is various and food is good"

"The hotel's location is pretty good; you can actually walk to most of the main attractions. There's also a rooftop where you can see different sights. The hotel lobby is very distinctive, and it includes a buffet breakfast with a wide selection. Even if you have an early flight the next day and can't make breakfast, the front desk staff are very thoughtful and will arrange sandwiches and drinks for you. On the downside, the sauna's operating hours are from 5 PM to 9 PM, which often means we're not in the hotel and can't use it."

"I had a comfortable stay at Omena Hotel Helsinki City Centre. The location is perfect—right in the city center, close to the main station and shops. The room was clean and had all the basics, and check-in was easy with a digital code. No daily housekeeping or luggage storage after check-out, but great for a short stay."
