"This was one of the hotels I was most satisfied with on this trip. The location is conveniently situated between two subway stations, within walking distance of El Corte Inglés department store, which also has plenty of food options – worth a visit. The hotel reception staff were very welcoming; while I was waiting in line, they proactively offered information about tourist attractions and transportation, which was truly touching."

"The room was a double with an extra bed, so the space felt a bit cramped. I was a little disappointed that the rooftop pool was under renovation. However, the service was excellent. We even caught a Spanish football match at the bar downstairs, which created a fantastic atmosphere. The service was absolutely flawless."

"The lobby is spacious, the rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom is large. Breakfast offers a good variety. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. It's also very close to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Getting a taxi to the airport is convenient too. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"These are really great apartments, everything is brand new. We stayed for one day in mid-June with our family and one child. It was our first time renting an apartment in Europe, so we were a bit confused about how to get in, but the concierge let us in through the intercom. Entry to the room is by code. Everything in the room was there and easy to understand. The air conditioning worked, and there was a sign with instructions on how to connect to the Wi-Fi. It had a washer/dryer, an iron with an ironing board, and everything you need in the kitchen, including a disposable kit with dishwasher detergent, a laundry capsule, a cloth, and a trash bag. There's a large bed and a pull-out sofa, though the sofa isn't very comfortable for sleeping; it sags a bit, and really only one person can sleep on it comfortably. There are grocery stores nearby. The drive is narrow, but there's parking close by to load/unload luggage. A big plus is the luggage storage lockers on the lower floor, where you can leave your belongings with a code for early check-in/late check-out."

"Check in with the machine in front of the apartment, you need a reservation number (5 digits). For me who booked on Trip.com, it was a bit embarrassing because other information did not come by chat or email, but if you check in during the day, there is a staff member, so you can get a reservation number if you communicate with the interphone. After entering the reservation number, read your passport and put in information, you will get the key. It was very comfortable during my stay, and there were many Asian marts and big marts around, so I stayed while eating delicious food! It's a little far from the center, but it was easy to get to Line 1!"

"The front desk staff were really friendly, and the room was bigger than I expected. Aside from a small bit of dust on the pillow, there weren't any major issues. They also gave us coffee vouchers, but I later realized they were for British Palace, not the cafe next door as I'd first thought. Overall, the environment is truly excellent and the service is very polished."

"Apartments that have everything but a bad wi-fi that has fallen, you need to read the rules of residence carefully (especially about the removal of garbage and cleanliness to get a bail of 200 euros). To El Cort Ingles 20-25 minutes walk, grocery store in 2-3 minutes. Stadium is near, metro is near. To Prado 1h 20 min walk. It is also convenient to drive by taxi to the airport."

"This hotel is very unique, with each floor featuring its own distinctive design. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was the first time I've stayed in a room with a projector instead of a traditional TV, which was an interesting and fun experience. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station and about 5 minutes from a supermarket behind the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and polite. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices and everything tasted excellent. It was probably the best hotel breakfast I've had outside Northern Europe. One thing to be aware of is that the rooms are not very soundproof. I could almost hear my neighbor taking a shower! XD It would also have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room for storing drinks and snacks. That said, these are only minor drawbacks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers staying outside the city center. It's an excellent option with easy access to the metro, which takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes."
