"An older hotel, but overall good value for money. The main entrance has a few steps, which is inconvenient if you have luggage (there's a side door; you can go through the restaurant to reach the front desk without stairs). We booked for three people, but there were only amenities for two in the room, and the sofa bed wasn't made up with a duvet or pillows. We mentioned it to the front desk, and they sorted it out right away and apologized."

"It took less than half an hour to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport. The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and a subway station, both within a 3-minute walk. While there aren't many dining options directly around the hotel, the subway provides easy access to all the major attractions and a wider variety of restaurants in the city center. The hotel breakfast is quite European, mainly consisting of various breads with no hot food options."

"The location is great, right next to the station. It's clean and the service was decent, but the bathroom drainage was an issue. For all five nights I stayed, the shower would back up and flood the bathroom every time I used it. The hotel couldn't fix it immediately, so after every shower, there would be water all over the floor. Plus, the bathroom had no ventilation system, so the humidity couldn't escape. The hotel did offer a complimentary breakfast as compensation."

"The location is good not so far from Ibiza station with some terraces and from the Retiro park There are some restaurants downstairs for the breakfast or for the dinner. There is a laundry service (only one washing machine). The area is super calm."

"The guy from the front desk actually looked through the closed glass doors and came out to help me carry my suitcase up the 5 (or so) steps up to the lobby for check in. Nice first impression. Room is tiny for the price, but the floor feels clean, bedding looks clean, toilet and basin all look clean too. Toilet paper is thick and soft enough, and the long pillow is super comfy (soft touches are always appreciated). Flushing is strong enough and no problem with water flooding the bathroom cubicle. No space next to basin to put toiletries bag. Couldn't charge my Samsung phone using the original Samsung adaptor and international adaptor -- voltage too low?? As an Asian, water kettle in room would have been appreciated but not available."

"The location is decent, very close to the train station, and not far from Retiro Park on foot! The hotel has an elevator, but there's no kettle in the room. However, you can get hot water from the east side of the lobby on the first floor (bring your own thermos). The mini-bar items are all chargeable; a bottle of water is 2.5 euros. The room itself is quite spacious."

"Great hotel even gave us a special gift for our honeymoon. Really friendly staff will definitely come back to this place. Rooms are clean and spacious. It’s also very close to the train station about a five minute walk so no problem with lugging luggage around. The only downside is the lift is quite small but it was quite quick so it wasn’t really an issue for us."
