AAnonymous UserLocation: It is quite convenient to get there. At the time, I thought it was a pity that it was not close to the sea, but it is actually not necessary.
Facilities: It should be considered okay. Although there are not as many and big resort hotels in this place, it is also an LHW member after all. It should not be bad.
Environment: After all, it’s been a while, but fortunately it’s neat and clean and not that new.
Service: The main thing is the service, which is very good. The spa is also okay, just steaming and room temperature swimming pool🏊.
The rating on Google is also higher than others, but it is not as big as I expected, the room is standard, and the price is a bit high.

GGuest UserThe room is large with a beautiful view. The room we booked has a kitchen, but there are no cutlery or utensils. The room does not provide any free or paid drinking water, and the vending machine on the first floor does not work well. The breakfast is rich, but there is no Spanish ham.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, had comfy large bed. The housekeeping service in the room was surprisingly great and fast, unbothering at all. The room’s view was as ordered on Teide (unfortunately we enjoyed it only 2 last days).
There was a big pool with many free sun loungers, the water was not hot, but we could swim. The amenities were exceptional: as they offered not only in-house trainings, games and night shows, but also outdoor trips to the nearby cities. The night shows included authentic cultural music and dances — was very fascinating.
The staff was very helpful and friendly not on the reception, but at the bar and attractions. The breakfast menu was various and there was a cook who cooked fresh omelets by request, the restaurant was very spacious and full of light.
The weather was unfortunately not great during the stay, but the hotel and its inner life has fully compensated. In good weather you can actually come and stay the whole day just at the hotel — as there is everything you need for relaxing. We would stay more and will come for sure next time!

GGuest UserDet er forkert at det koster 3 euro Per dag at bruge safe når der ellers er så fin service. Og så er parkering i kælderen aaalt for dyrt 160 euro for 1 uge 😫 alt andet og service rigtig fint 😁👌

GGuest UserEverything corresponds to the description and photographs, clean, cozy, friendly staff, nearby there is a store, a kiosk with excursions, a bus station, a beach (waves, always a red flag), you can walk to the city beach with swimming pools, the nature is very beautiful, everything is super.

GGuest UserBooked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board. The bed in the room was adequate and had a great unobstructed view of the coast.

AandressrBuenas tardes, queria dejar constancia del mal servicio debido a que el ascensor ademas de no estar a planta de recepción, ya que te obligan a subir al primer piso para asi hacer uso de ello (subiendo las maletas a manos un piso), ademas dicho ascensor lo apagaban porque funcionar, funciona pero tenía un fallo el cual hacia que la botonera para recepcionar dicho ascensor se quedaba sonando y motivó por el cual bajaban las palancas de electricidad, no siendo esa la solución. Se les pregunta porque no se llama a los técnicos y todo el mundo nos dice que llaman pero no vienen. Esto no se trata de una casa particular, sino de un hospedaje donde tienen que dar los servicios contratado y asi no se ha hecho. Despues el hotel lo que es las habitaciones bien pero con alguna carencia que se puede entender debido a que nos informan que estan acabados de reforma. Ejemplo sin basura en la habitación, para ducharse sin ningun lugar para poner los geles de baño, sin secador, etc.
