AAnonymous UserLocation: It is quite convenient to get there. At the time, I thought it was a pity that it was not close to the sea, but it is actually not necessary.
Facilities: It should be considered okay. Although there are not as many and big resort hotels in this place, it is also an LHW member after all. It should not be bad.
Environment: After all, it’s been a while, but fortunately it’s neat and clean and not that new.
Service: The main thing is the service, which is very good. The spa is also okay, just steaming and room temperature swimming pool🏊.
The rating on Google is also higher than others, but it is not as big as I expected, the room is standard, and the price is a bit high.

AAnonymous UserVery nice hotel, highly recommended. The facilities are not particularly new but everything is there. You can see that the standard was very high back then. The room is large, with plenty of hot water, a large balcony and welcome fruit. The hotel has a separate yard with a swimming pool and a nice garden. The breakfast is rich and has a full range of dishes. The location is not special. It takes a while to walk to the beach. There is also a bus stop next to it. It is very convenient to take a bus from the city and sit directly until the evening. There are also buses that can go directly to the airport within walking distance.

GGuest UserThe room is large with a beautiful view. The room we booked has a kitchen, but there are no cutlery or utensils. The room does not provide any free or paid drinking water, and the vending machine on the first floor does not work well. The breakfast is rich, but there is no Spanish ham.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, had comfy large bed. The housekeeping service in the room was surprisingly great and fast, unbothering at all. The room’s view was as ordered on Teide (unfortunately we enjoyed it only 2 last days).
There was a big pool with many free sun loungers, the water was not hot, but we could swim. The amenities were exceptional: as they offered not only in-house trainings, games and night shows, but also outdoor trips to the nearby cities. The night shows included authentic cultural music and dances — was very fascinating.
The staff was very helpful and friendly not on the reception, but at the bar and attractions. The breakfast menu was various and there was a cook who cooked fresh omelets by request, the restaurant was very spacious and full of light.
The weather was unfortunately not great during the stay, but the hotel and its inner life has fully compensated. In good weather you can actually come and stay the whole day just at the hotel — as there is everything you need for relaxing. We would stay more and will come for sure next time!

GGuest UserEverything corresponds to the description and photographs, clean, cozy, friendly staff, nearby there is a store, a kiosk with excursions, a bus station, a beach (waves, always a red flag), you can walk to the city beach with swimming pools, the nature is very beautiful, everything is super.

EendesThe hotel is great. I spent a few days in Tenerife with my partner, and it was fantastic. The breakfast has a huge variety and something for everyone—it's great! The rooms are also cleaned daily, leaving them spotless without touching or moving your belongings. The pools are fantastic; they're on the hotel's rooftop, and it's fantastic. The service and attention were top-notch. Plus, if you don't rent a car, the bus station is right next door, which is fantastic. We really loved it, and we'll choose the same hotel again when we return.

Alles war super – saubere Zimmer, angenehme Atmosphäre und eine tolle Lage in der Nähe von Restaurants, Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und man fühlte sich einfach willkommen. Ich kann das Hostel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

GGuest UserBooked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board. The bed in the room was adequate and had a great unobstructed view of the coast.
