The room was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. It's conveniently located opposite the stadium, close to the Maritime Museum, Art Museum, and Guggenheim Museum, and next to a park and plaza. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very welcoming and booked my room in advance, easing the fatigue of my long flight. I wanted to try the food, but I overslept and didn't have time, though the pictures and dishes looked very appealing.

The hotel is quite new overall. Check-in is strictly from 4 PM, but you can leave your luggage in the adjacent student dormitory building (up a small hill 😃). Unfortunately, the room didn't have a kettle or cups, only glass tumblers. There was just one frying pan and one pot. All other amenities were excellent. The gym is quite spacious and well-equipped for a hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, well placed and the staff is pleasant, but very noisy. We heard guests returned at 1:00 a.m. and take a shower. The next day we heard conversations perfectly. Ask a quiet room to enjoy this beautiful hotel

The Voco Bilbao is a comfortable hotel with great staff. My room was great and my stay - very enjoyable. The choices at their restaurant were limited and the place was a bit of a walk away from downtown but in spite of this, the efforts of the staff to improve every aspect of my stay made up for these drawbacks.

Excellent hotel. Great staff. Great room. Well soundproofed, black out curtains and air-con that actually gets cool and hot enough, which is rare in hotels these days. The cosy room was bigger than expected and plenty big enough for a couple.

Staff was helpful, and location was excellent. The common area is small and out of the way. Our room was clean but amenities were spartan. The pension felt a bit overpriced. Bilbao is worth visiting, not only for the Guggenheim Museum, but for the old town, the food, and Basque atmosphere.

The mattress was deformed, causing you to roll to one side of the bed. The breakfast buffet was very limited and basic for the price they charge (€20). The advertised breakfast offer of €12.95 is only valid if pre-booked; simply being a guest and wanting breakfast that morning isn't enough. And a tea or coffee costs €2.50. All in all... never again.

Это замечательное место: яркий дизайн и чистота. Стратегически расположено очень удобно: автовокзал находится прямо в том же здании под землей. Там же метро. Я жила на 10 этаже и весь город был как на ладони! Однозначно рекомендую!
