This was, without a doubt, the best hotel resort we've ever stayed at. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the moment we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. I initially chose this hotel for its aesthetic, but it was even more stunning in person than the photos could ever capture. Every part of the hotel was immaculate, and our room was spotless every day. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with endless photo-worthy spots—from the beach to the pool to the restaurants. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever seen. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the very first moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and offered lunch while we waited for our room. When we got to our room, we had an incredible view of both the pool and the beach—such a beautiful spot to relax. The staff at the restaurants were warm, friendly, and always made sure we were well taken care of. They remembered our drink preferences and were always genuinely excited to see us when we arrived. The team at the pool and beach bars went out of their way to make our experience even better, offering special drinks and assisting us whenever needed. It felt like they anticipated our needs before we even said a word, and that level of attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. One example that really stood out: I started to get a sore throat during our stay, and the staff at the buffet immediately made me a hot drink with ginger, lemon, and mint. They even sent some to our room for later. The next day, when we went to the pool, they already had my hot drink ready for me. Little gestures like this made all the difference and showed how much the staff cares. We became friends with the staff and were genuinely sad to leave them. They were not only incredibly professional but also seemed like real friends by the end of our stay. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect experience, and I sincerely hope they are well-compensated for their hard work. The resort has a laid-back vibe, with a blend of club music and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is the perfect spot. There are friendly staff members who offer massages and facials, but they are never pushy—just there if you’re interested. As for the food, it was outstanding. The buffet had a wide variety of options that changed every night with different themes, and each dish was delicious. We also dined at one of the specialty restaurants for a night, and the food there was equally impressive. I can’t recommend this resort enough. It's hands down my favorite hotel, and I’m already looking forward to coming back when I return to Sharm. If you’re looking for top-tier service, a stunning setting, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay!

This resort hotel offers views of the sunrise from your room's balcony. It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the airport. There are three pools, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. I booked a breakfast-only plan because I planned to do various activities during the day in Sharm, but I ended up paying extra twice, so if you're unsure, I think the all-inclusive plan is a good option. There are seven restaurants, and it seems you can enjoy cuisine from a variety of countries. I didn't have time to use the private beach, so I didn't check it out. The service was excellent, with room service quickly preparing meals even after dinner. My room didn't have a bathtub, but the toilet and shower were very clean.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The beach itself looked absolutely beautiful. The only downside was that it was rocky, but for those who love snorkeling or diving, it’s actually perfect! Overall, I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it.

had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. Everything exceeded my expectations! The beach restaurant was fantastic, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. My room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the service — they kindly upgraded my room to a suite, which made my stay even more special. On top of that, they gave me a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to the guest relations lady who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. She truly made my experience better. Also, the team at Cala restaurant was outstanding. The manager, the service staff, and especially the service women were all extremely kind, attentive, and professional. Their hospitality was perfect and made every meal enjoyable. Highly recommended! I would definitely come back again.

Absolutely outstanding stay at White Hills Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. Honestly, this is one of the very few hotels I’ve ever stayed at where I genuinely did not want to leave. Everything was exceptional, spotless cleanliness, incredible attention to hygiene, amazing food, entertainment, and an atmosphere that made the hotel itself feel more enjoyable than going out. Every time I left the resort, I found myself wanting to come back because the experience inside was simply on another level. What impressed me most was the leadership and responsiveness. I had one small concern, which I communicated, and I saw real change in less than 24 hours. That level of professionalism says everything. A special thank you to the reception manager, the room service manager Waleed who went above and beyond to help my fix my luggage bag zipper so I can continue my trip smoothly, Yusuf from the evening service team (who welcomed me with such genuine kindness and warmth), and Nader by the pool an absolute star. Every morning, if he saw me on the balcony, he would greet me with a warm good morning and even bring my iced coffee without me needing to ask. That kind of personal touch made me feel less like a guest and more like I was at home. White Hills Resort sets a standard that many luxury hotels should learn from. Highly recommended.

Hotel review for Stella Di Mare in Sharm El Sheikh. I've been to Egypt and Sharm many times, so I have a lot to compare it to. I'll start with the positives: while the rooms haven't been updated in a while, they are clean. Housekeeping does a good job and comes regularly. This is probably one of the few advantages I can mention. Now for the downsides. The hotel's location is extremely inconvenient: shuttles to Naama Bay only run three times in the evening, and there's a risk of not being able to get back. It feels like a gilded cage – leaving the hotel premises becomes a real challenge. The restaurant service leaves much to be desired. Every time we went for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we had to find our own cutlery and ask for napkins – they might bring one for a group of five. Tables aren't set in advance, and the staff doesn't show any initiative. There's absolutely no animation at the hotel – no activities, no one inviting or engaging guests. If you've come just for a quiet rest, this might suit you. But if you're looking for a lively atmosphere and a full-fledged vacation, this hotel doesn't deliver. As for the value for money, it's, to put it mildly, not in the hotel's favor. For the same price in Sharm, you can find significantly better options. Pay attention to the Jaz chain – even their all-inclusive four-star hotels surpass this one in every aspect: service, location, and atmosphere. To sum up: this hotel is suitable for those who just need a place to sleep and eat without high expectations. For everyone else, I recommend exploring other options, as there are plenty of choices in Sharm.

The hotel service is very good, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the children's playground, which is very new. The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation. Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus.

His professionalism, leadership, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are truly exceptional. He is, without question, one of the hotel’s greatest assets and someone who deserves special recognition for his outstanding work. My sincere thanks also go to Mr. Mohamed Badawy, whose kindness, friendliness, and positive attitude made every interaction a pleasure. His willingness to help and his warm personality left a lasting impression and contributed greatly to the quality of my stay. I would also like to recognize Mr. Mahmoud, the night buggy driver. Every night, when we returned through the main entrance in the early hours of the morning, he would drive us back to our room with a smile, professionalism, and genuine courtesy. Despite working late-night shifts, he consistently displayed a positive attitude and excellent service. He is a wonderful example of hospitality, and I genuinely believe he has the qualities and potential to grow into a leadership position in the future. While the hotel has an outstanding team, I believe it would benefit from placing greater emphasis on room maintenance and preventive upkeep. The rooms are comfortable, but some areas would benefit from more regular maintenance and attention to detail. Addressing these points would bring the physical product in line with the excellent service provided by the staff. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The professionalism, dedication, and hospitality shown by Mr. Mohamed Omran, Mr. Mohamed Badawy, Mr. Mahmoud, and the rest of the team made a significant difference to my experience. I look forward to returning and hope to see the hotel continue to improve, as it has all the ingredients to deliver a truly outstanding guest experience.

We spent 5 days in a Junior Suite, the room is very nice recommended. Location is also perfect, you can find everything in the surrounding in a couple of minutes. Beach is sandy and a lot of fishes close to the shore. For us the room, beach and fishes the most important. Food was okay, nothing special, the same breakfast as in every hotel. The service was okay, but many times we couldn't order from the room service, because they were not available. If you want lot of nice fishes close to the beach and perfect location then it is recommended. Overall our stay was very nice.

Excellent hotel, stayed for several days. The food is good, there are entertainers, and various activities are held throughout the day. There is a separate playground for children. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They clean well, the room is clean. I recommend the paid shuttle service with the Fanar reefs. The shuttle runs frequently and regularly, four times a day, and the ride is 5 minutes. A taxi is $1. The nearby beach with a reef is free, but there are no toilets or showers, and the sun loungers are located very close to each other.
