"The hotel is located in the business district, it was quiet and very comfortable bedding. The room has a different decoration and set up as opposed to other hotels’. There is no cleaning daily for two days stay, maybe it should be requested. Really enjoyed it."

"An absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is located in a safe and pleasant neighbourhood, about 10 minutes’ walk from a local train station. The room was spacious and the bathroom was equally generous in size. One thoughtful feature was the glass door between the bedroom and the front door, which effectively blocked out any noise from the corridor. The staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of fresh and delicious options, including coffee from an espresso machine. Strongly recommend!"

"We visited on 11 April 2026. The hotel is located near the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), but it’s a bit hidden, so you may need some navigation to find it. The lobby is clean and warm, which is especially nice in cold weather when you’re heading back after a long day. A thoughtful touch is the complimentary fresh water infused with mint leaves and lemon slices, as well as free Granny Smith apples available for guests. We stayed in Room 405, which was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked well during warmer days. The bathroom includes a heating rack, which is useful for drying laundry or warming clothes before heading out. However, no dental kits were provided, so be sure to bring your own. Basic amenities like hand wash, shampoo, and body wash are available. One downside is the shower, the water pressure is quite weak, and the temperature fluctuates between hot and cold regardless of the dial setting. A point to be cautious about: the street outside can feel unsafe, especially at night. There were people smoking and drinking, with occasional loud noises such as shouting or music. The area was also quite dirty, with noticeable trash and a strong smell of urine. It’s best to stay alert if walking alone, particularly after dark."

"I stayed in a 2-person female dorm, and it was actually great that they assigned me with another Korean. It could have been awkward, but it wasn't a problem. The single bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that the bed was a bit narrow and the room was small, making it difficult to open my suitcase, but it was still okay. The bathroom cleanliness was good too, and the location was quiet and nice. One thing to note is that there's a charge to store luggage in the lockers."

"This hotel was a bit far from the city core (around 1.5h leisurely walk, but public transit close by also). The service and staff were very pleasant and professional. If you're lucky, complimentary gummy-bears will be 'in stock' at the front desk (they are delicious). There's a market close by also. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. The area nice and quite. Breakfast was the best part of our stay -- great variety and taste."

"The location is fine, next to the train station, there’s a supermarket just next to the hotel. The front desk guy was very helpful, nice and polite. I have already changed the hotel just earlier and I didn’t want to have another kind of conversation about changing room, I was more that 48 hours on the way. The room didn’t have any extra things except for soap and washing gel. I would give this hotel 0 for cleaning, because when I was already in the shower I found black hair and a used razor with lots of hair as well in it. And it was too late to change rooms or complain. The linen maybe wasn’t changed quite a bit, or just wasn’t washed well."

"The hotel is opposite the exhibition, the location can not be better, but the elevator is bad for a few days, it is very inconvenient, the wine equipment is a bit old, and the breakfast is very rich."

"I had a great stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and key attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The room was well maintained and the amenities were excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Frankfurt."

"My first stay here was okay, even with a few facility issues like the shower water splashing out easily, the glass partition in the bathroom letting light in from my friend's lamp in the morning, and the sink draining slowly. However, the overall service response was prompt. My second stay, though, was a complete disaster. On the first night, I noticed the glass cover of the bedside lamp was chipped, with sharp edges dangerously close to the bed, and the lamp wasn't even working. I reported it to the front desk when I left in the morning, but when I returned that night, nothing had changed. I complained again, and someone came, twisted the bulb a few times, and it lit up. They said the lamp cover would be replaced the next morning. We waited until noon the next day, but no one came. When I asked the front desk, they even said, 'Isn't the lamp fixed?' I replied, 'The casing is dangerous!' We waited until 5 PM, and still no one came. Plus, our room wasn't cleaned that day, even though we had mentioned it to the front desk three times. Finally, a more formally dressed person came to clean our room and took away the broken lamp cover. It was clear that the housekeeping staff for the day had already left. The hotel operations seem very chaotic. The person who came to clean and the front desk staff both seemed surprised, asking if no one had cleaned our room, as if we were just messing around after they had already cleaned it."

"While others mention the hotel location as a weak point due to the surrounding area (homeless people etc), we feel that the proximity to the Frankfurt train station and historical sites means that it is very accessible. On the other hand, the aircon does not seem to work even though it was set at lowest temperature possible. With the extra bed set further away from the AC in the room, the person sleeping there gets warmer faster. While the hotel is listed as a four star hotel, it does not have any amenities that justifies the rating"
