"The hotel is in East Berlin. It seems to have been renovated by a factory building. The housing space is not large, but it is adequate, clean and cost-effective. There is an Asian supermarket next to it. It is run by Vietnamese. The pure ribs only cost 5 euros per kilogram. There is a bus in front of the hotel. Car M8 can go directly to the railway station. It is very convenient for us to go from Berlin to Frankfurt. Simple accommodation is quite satisfactory."

"I stayed there myself in a 4 bed dormitory room. It was an excellent room and I liked the service. But it is better to have a socket near the bed for charging. They have two usb charging ports near every beds but it is better to have a c port or a charging socket. But overall, I liked it. Especially the staffs are always helpful. I am highly recommend it to whom who are looking for a cheap accommodation😊"

"The room was too small, didn't even have a small table, and there was a strong smell. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. You can park in the downstairs parking lot; just tell the front desk and they'll swipe a card for you."

"We had a lovely stay. The location is great, right by the tram and S-Bahn. The bar on the 14th floor has an amazing view. The bar team is very dedicated and creates fantastic drinks. Breakfast is standard, good enough for a 3-day stay. Parking costs €25 per night. The 24-hour kiosk on the ground floor is a good idea. However, where's the discount for customers for the lack of service? I'd rather get my beer at the bar; it's the same price, but at least you get service there. Otherwise, we'd be happy to come back."

"The hotel is located at a not very central place but is at a reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, all extra services are a bit costly. The breakfast is at 17 euros and car parking at 14 euros per night! They say they have a bar open with even small foods but at Sunday all was closed and you could only get a beer from a fridge at 4.80 euros the bottle. One bottle of water in the room is also not free but costs 3.50 euros. So I think the hotel is somehow ok but all those extra costs are annoying!"

"The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Big clean rooms and quiet enough to rest. Fairly priced and with easy access to S & U. I just wish there where more wall sockets in the room."

"Had a great stay here! The room is spacious, clean and modern with all the comforts you need. There is luggage lockers, laundry and common area on the ground floor making it suitable for all types of travellers. The building is very secure and has an inviting vibe from the moment you walk in. I would recommend completing the guest information via the Hotel Bird app before you arrive to ensure check in is easy. The hotel emails you a great information pack on the first day about using the amenities which is really helpful. It is close to the train station, eateries, supermarket and pharmacy so you have access to everything you may need. However, if you are looking for nightlife in Berlin this is not the right area to stay as there is not a lot going on. The only two pieces of feedback would be the comforters felt a little dusty and there was some dust under the bed as well. The english instructions to use the laundry could be clearer."

"It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center, but the surroundings are quiet so you can sleep without noise at night. I think the security around was good. There is a shared kitchen."

"The hotel is a bit older and looks dated, but it is clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. The noise from the minibar was disturbing at night (how is it even working when it is empty?), otherwise it was very quiet. We found the breakfast disappointing, contrary to the other reviews. Lots of convenience products, no fresh spreads apart from hummus and quark, little choice of bread rolls. It was okay, but don't expect fancy, fresh, sumptuous homemade food. We thought that was a shame, as the hotel was really great. The restaurant that serves breakfast could put a little more effort into fresh food"

"The hotel is located in a very good place near Alexanderplatz and has good connections. The staff were polite and kind. My room had a nice city view. But the hotel has some weird rules such as we have to reserve for room clean every day and they won't clean the room regularly that I could not figure out why Hotel management made that rule. Also they just provide water for the first day as welcome gift and after that we have to buy."
