About 12 minutes walk from the subway entrance. The room is clean, large space, complete facilities, slightly poor sound insulation, and you need to bring your own slippers and toiletries. Check-in at the front desk was inefficient and there were long queues of people waiting. The staff who gave me check-in first worked on what I had at hand, and made me wait for a long time. I asked her when she could check in and she told me to wait and I missed the appointment to visit the Capitol Dome. When checking out, another staff member was very welcoming and efficient.

While the location of this hotel was great, it was unfortunate during our stay that our nearest underground station was during maintenance and we could only take the replacement rail service, which was a lot slower. Otherwise the service was great and many amenities were given upon request. Overall very satisfactory stay.

I stayed at Hotel bellman during my trip and had a great experience overall. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The food was simple but fresh and tasty. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Hotel location is good, the room is relatively large, relatively clean, the overall price is good, there is no air conditioning. The hotel is also close to the subway, very convenient to travel, to Berlin's various attractions are very convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was included and offered a great variety of fresh options, both hot and cold. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to public transport and local attractions.

Hygiene: clean and tidy. Environment: 15 minutes walk from the subway, there is a restaurant and a supermarket next door. Except that the bus is almost a little short, everything else is 100%. Service: Excellent. The breakfast is also rich, with grilled sausages. Facilities: safes, small refrigerators, hotel pads, everything you need, don’t miss out if you like bathtubs.

I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel. The positives: - The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. - Soundproofing between the rooms was good. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience: - Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival. - Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days. - Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness. - Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day. - Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20. While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

The room was super clean. The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance from a shopping mall and the train station. We tried ordering room service but we didn’t have a way to do it and when we called reception they basically told us to just look in the room for the menu. We only had a breakfast one. Other than that, everything else was awesome.

First, when I checked in, the receptionist didn't welcome us, he asked for the reservation and gave me the room key that was all. The iron place isn't suitable at all in the corridor near the elevator if it is in a room for it or they send it to your room as in other hotels will be more decent. Hot water is not always found in the shower. These things I didn't like and the rest was good. Overall rating: 3 stars worth no more
