"This is definitely my top hotel recommendation in Berlin. The train station is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get around to all the attractions. The Natural History Museum is just a minute's walk away. Plus, there are three different supermarkets nearby – Rewe, dm, and Bio – catering to all your shopping needs. The room facilities are complete and brand new, the air conditioning works great, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. Most importantly, the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, which made my trip to Berlin an absolutely wonderful experience!"

My room didn't have an electric kettle, but there's a lounge next to the front desk where you can get free hot water from a dispenser, right next to the paid coffee machine. They also have paper cups, so I took some back to my room to make tea and miso soup!"

There's also an on-site parking lot available for €32 per day with in-and-out privileges, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, including cold cuts, smoked salmon, freshly made omelets, baked goods, and various beverages, providing plenty of choices."

"The amenities were basic and the room was quite small. The only pleasant surprise was the fantastic location right on the Spree River, offering lovely river views from the window. However, I was charged €5 for a €3.91 tax fee because my credit card wouldn't process it and they claimed they had no change, which I found completely unacceptable. (On a positive note, the female staff and a male staff member who appeared to be Latin or Italian provided excellent service and were very professional.)"

"Right next to the train station, I was worried it would be noisy, but it wasn't at all. Plus, you can just grab breakfast at the station. All the attractions are easily accessible by public transport, and for the price, I feel like the room was worth it. While it might just be a standard business hotel back home, the overall stay was pretty good."

"One of my favourite stays in Berlin! Staff: Super friendly and welcoming! Very attentive and you can feel you’re welcome here. Room: spotless and well equipped! The shower was very good, loved the room! Location: Just 15 mins walking from main station and Friedrichstrasse. around Oranienburgerstrasse lots of nice restaurants and cafes, also only 5/10 mins walking! Also to Hackischer Markt close walking. Trams/subway in front! Breakfast: Loved the restaurant and the breakfast was so good!"

"I arrived late at Berlin Airport and needed to be up early the next day, so I booked two nights at this 24-hour hotel, which has good access from Berlin Central Station. As expected from an Ibis, the room was compact and efficient. Though small, it was perfectly adequate and reasonably comfortable. It was a shame there was no kettle in the room, meaning I had to go all the way down to the first floor to get hot water."
