"Bin für ein Konzert nach Stuttgart gereist und das Hotel war in der Nähe so das man zu Fuß 5 min braucht, was sehr toll war man nicht sich mit dem Auto fahren und parken beschäftigen musste vor dem Konzert, außerdem hat mir die Umgebung sehr gefallen, in der Nähe gab es viel kleine Imbisse und auch Fast Food Restaurants. Ich kann es jedem Empfehlen."
"Older hotel, but very clean and the room is very spacious. We arrived late, and we didn't prepare a separate bed for the children at the beginning. After talking, the waiter immediately laid a sofa bed. Free parking, breakfast is useless."
"Outdated hotel in many ways. The breakfast was especially lackluster. They didn't have any kind of chocolate spread or chocolate croissant, also no orange juice, not even watered down. The WiFi does about 8 MBit/s down and 1 MBit/s up. The rooms feature no real AC which could be annoying in the summer. There is currently a legionella outbreak mitigated by a special kind of shower head reducing down the water pressure far lower than usual levels. This hotel may still be worth it for you depending on your needs due to the excellent location.
Also, the opened in 2025 label on Trip is very misleading. According to Travel Weekly it was built in 1984 and last renovated in 2010 which definitely checks out."
"It is next to the stadium. It happened to be the Champions League match that night. You can imagine how exciting it was, so I didn't care. Those who care about sleep quality should be careful. But it is really convenient for those who like football games.
The room is OK, and the sauna is also very comfortable. But you have to walk through the restaurant from the front desk, and there are seven or eight steps, which is inconvenient if you have luggage.
The breakfast is OK."
"The room is well furnished with an industrial style (so german lmaooo), and is decorated with lights and books too! The shower door didn’t close very well, so there are leaks when we shower, but nothing too big of a deal. Overall, we would definitely recommend this to everyone~~~"
"Hotel stay was good. However, a double booking was made, despite the request of double booking at the airport 21.01.26 in the central Radisson Hotel. No booking was found there and therefore a double booking was made. No compensation or refund was offered."
"The hotel is new and in a good location, very close to the train station and there is REWE downstairs. The room was very clean the first day I checked in. However, the room was not cleaned for the next two days and the trash can was full. I told the front desk that there was no body lotion in the room but there were two bottles of shower gel, but they didn't come to replace it."
"I really enjoyed my stay at Aparthotel. The location is excellent, very close to the Mercedes-Benz Museum, which is a great advantage for visitors to Stuttgart.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was neat and tidy. I would also like to highlight the excellent service — the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay.
I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stuttgart. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the city."

Great
HHW2002The hotel is on U6 and several S-bahn train station nearby, which makes it convenient traveling into Stuttgart city center. The hotel is AC-cooled, which is significantly for travelers during mid August In Germany as many hotels are not equipped with AC and room can be unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The hotel room is spacious and well designed. Lobby area is lively with a bar and social spaces. Overall, I enjoy the stay here and highly recommend it!
XXMHACTCGreat location, 1min walk from u-bahn, one station from hbf. Clean room, with washing machine and full kitchen included. Safe and quiet at night.
Drawbacks: The structure of my room is weird, making the living room dark at night, with only one lamp. No door dividing the shower area, so the bathroom is full of water after each bath. The shower broke down during my accommodation, I asked them to fix it, and they didn't. After lots of chaos they offered me to change the room, and I decided to put up with it and use the rainforest instead.
In conclusion, not bad if the shower incident hadn't occurred. The service is of great altitude, but not so practical in case of real problems.
GGuest UserThe receptionist was very friendly, the room was very clean, there was a small kitchen for simple cooking, and free coffee and tea were provided in the lobby. The parking fee of 19 euros a day was a bit expensive.
BButterLinThe lobby is quite large and bright. Overall, it's quite comfortable and nice. The room is a bit small, but there's a small windowsill next to it, so you can put your things there without taking up too much space, which is convenient!
GGuest UserWhile the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary.
Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable.
Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price.
On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials.
Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.
GGuest UserPlus:
Location. Almost literally opposite the Stuttgart train station.
Hospitality: great hospitality from front desk. I personally like it and enjoy it I hope you do too.
Minus/ room for improvement
The bath room can be Abit small for six footer ( people who are more than six foot tall) and with BMI great than say 23-25.
There is some water flow situation where after one take shower then water can get to the floor of the bath room and eventually get to the floor of the room. I am raising this hoping the owner could pay some attention / do something about it when all situation permits for the flooring is very nice, it seems like a pity to get damage in the long run due to excess water from the bath room.
Other tips / reminder
There is Abit of stair cases at the front door and involve moving your luggage uphill to arrive at the hotel. If you need assistance, it is better to inform the hotel and see what can be arranged. I am sure they are happy to help if it is within their means. ( I find them friendly and helpful and enjoy the service. I hope you would enjoy the stay too if u happen to choose this place).
AAnonymous UserGood management from the A&O Stuttgart branch. Good housekeeping. Facilities are complete in a compact building. Great location, just within minutes from Milchof station. Alles gute! Some suggestions, it will be better if there is a notice to the guests regarding drinking water directly from water tap, assessing to guest kitchen and laundry room. The receptionist seems to be overwhelmed by all those minor enquiry, which could be improved. In overall, a great place to stay!
GGuest UserPerfect location to the city centre
Rooms OK and very clean.
Breakfast offer OK, but at the full hotel there are too few seats.
Unfortunately, the price of performance ratio has not voted, as well as the
Very unfriendly service of the most stressed lady at the reception!
GGuest UserOverall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The highlight was definitely the staff—they are incredibly nice, helpful, and showed wonderful hospitality throughout our visit.
.
However, there were a few downsides to our stay. First, we had requested a room with twin beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with one big bed instead, the staff Yasir was kind enough to try compensatingus with other little better setup room. Second, the ground floor rooms do not have air conditioning (A/C). Since the daytime temperature in Stuttgart during our stay was quite hot (reaching over 30°C), the room got uncomfortable. Lastly, the parking lot costs €20 per night, which felt quite expensive.
Despite these issues, if you are looking for a well-located budget option with great service, it is still a solid choice. Just be sure to double-check your bed configuration and the weather if you book a ground-floor room!
