"The subway entrance is right at the door, which is really convenient. The hotel is good in all aspects and the price is right. It may be the most cost-effective in this area. There is also a sauna and a gym. If you come to Hannover next time, this is the first choice. Rewe and Rossmann are opposite"
"Arrived at ten o'clock that night, the check-in was very silky, just like going home, the mobile phone registered the electronic key in advance and directly sliding to unlock the induction door and room door of the first floor lobby.
The location of the hotel is very quiet, next to a more modern residential building.
The bed and bedding were particularly comfortable, and I slept until 7 o'clock in the morning when I fell down that night.
Hot water and water pressure are also very good, very satisfied!
I should book this next time I come to the exhibition."
"The room is big, but using the bathroom requires a little bit of brains. I managed it under the guidance of the hotel staff 😂 The breakfast is good, with many choices, and you can make your own waffles. It's great to come here in summer, with Lake Maschsee at the door, very beautiful"
"A great hotel. It has a gym which is a bonus. It is very suitable for friends to stay here. It is suitable for one person to stay here and it is also suitable for everyone to stay here. It is perfect for everyone."
"The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Hanover Central Station, which is super convenient for getting around. The breakfast area is spacious and the food is decent. The room isn't luxurious, but it's clean, tidy, and very quiet. It's great value for money and I'd recommend it."
"This is a fairly newly built hotel, in a quiet location. Colorful interior, but not tiring. The bed is wide, comfortable, the room is spacious and clean. Delicious breakfast. The staff is neutral, but helpful. Location - near the train station, but in the opposite direction from the city center, which is a 20 min. walk to the center. Good value for money."
"The location is a bit far from the train station, about 1 kilometer away. There are only three stops by bus, and it's a bit far to walk.
There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the fourth floor, which is actually the fifth floor. It's very hard, and there's no one to help.
Service staff are indifferent"
"The location is very convenient, just minutes from the main fire station. The staff are very friendly, and they offer luggage storage. Today is Easter, and they even gave us bunny-shaped chocolates. A hidden gem hotel!"
"Выбирала этот отель из-за месторасположения, в двух шагах от жд вокзала. Нужно было остановиться на одну ночь и это меня спасло, на улице была жара 30 градусов, а номер без кондиционера! Духота, вентилятор гоняет тёплый воздух- то еще удобство) Номер маленький, но есть все, включая туалетные принадлежности. Завтрак обычный, ничего особенного. Все чистенько, аккуратненько) Персонал приветливый. "
"As expected of a hotel called the Grand Palace, the corridor leading to the rooms was quite impressive. Breakfast was decent. We stayed in room 417, but the bed was on the smaller side, the amenities were minimal, and it was quite noisy with train sounds, probably because it's near the station. For a European hotel where you can stay for around 90 euros with breakfast included, I'd say it's pretty good."

Great
AAnonymous UserThere is no breakfast option when booking, and the hotel's pay-as-you-go breakfast fee is 29 euros per person per breakfast. The hotel is in a good location, right in the city center and close to the train station and everything.
GGuest UserRoom was clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was great, very good location, easy access to transport to the main central station, and city shopping centre, and very close to shops and restaurants.
GGuest UserHotel is new and looks good. Nice bed and good pressure on taps. Food wise the buffet for breakfast was nice. Just one issue please add German sausages to breakfast.
HHuotianzhiluBooked a quad room, and to my surprise, one of the beds was a pull-out hidden under the main bed. Wasn't too happy about that. Everything else was fine though; cleanliness was okay, and service was decent. The hotel is super close to the train station, and there are tons of shops and restaurants around. The area is quite lively, and you can even get some great pork knuckles there. And oh, the German draft beer is absolutely delicious!
LloreleikvltOlder style , nice hotel, I was very briefly there in , went out and back into sleep left at 4 am, the staff were so super friendly and helpful tho, there was a fridge in my room, older style decor and so forth but the price reflects , I didn't use anything in the bar or lobby but they looked like they ha da good breakfast and so forth
Elevators up to rooms
Bathroom had a nice shower and so forth
It reminded me of maybe a bit of a fancy hotel in days gone by.
AAnonymous UserEasy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms and very accessible. Very modern as well. I do wonder though how secure the mobile keys are. Everone with your first name and room number can enter your room’s door via the online site.
MM38911****There are two rooms, the outside is relatively small, the inside is large, the bathroom and bathing place are relatively small, and business trips are still possible.
SShibakenDThere was some renovation going on at the entrance, but the hotel had put up a notice, so that was fine. The breakfast was a bit simple, but the price was consistent with other Intercity hotels.
GGuest UserThis hotel is about 10 mins walk from Hannover Central Station. Its directly opposites an Indian restaurant and there are several small mini markets around the hotel. However, there are no larger super markets in the zone. There is Subway Sandwich bar is about 8 mins walk from the hotel. For the price, this hotel is good value of money. My room was located of level 3 of this hotel, and there was nice outlook with trees and historical homes in the nearby streets. Internet was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThere will be no private bathroom and elevator. My room has odd smell (from paint smell?). The public facilities are okay clean.
One of the shower didn’t work properly and the light automatically turned themselves off quickly. I had to wave my hands multiple times directly under the detector when I was showering.
Location is not convenient. I arrived during weekend and I can’t find any supermarket still open nearby. I had to go back to hbf eventually. But if you prepare well it is okay.
Overall it is acceptable.
