"Cleanliness was okay, but a 4-star hotel requires every room to have a refrigerator. My room didn't have one... and breakfast was very, very limited. Otherwise, everything was okay."
"This is literally walking distance from the show ground. Free parking and they awarded me for not needing the house keeping service. The best part is, the rooms were clean AND the parking was free. I have gotten used to Hannover now and I really like this hotel. Every morning I enjoy the walk to the show grounds and walk back. It's perfect."
"The hotel is very close to the exhibition hall and can be reached on foot. During the exhibition, there are shuttle buses from the hotel to the exhibition hall in the morning and evening. There is a shopping mall near the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and shopping in the supermarket. Breakfast is also OK."
"Very good location, the room is very clean, next to a large park, such a hotel in the city is simply a treasure, I will live here in Hannover in the future!"
"Overall, the hotel is recommended. Beds, bathroom and the entire ambience are harmonious with each other.
The breakfast menu is plentiful but not overloaded.
The staff is also very hard-working and friendly!
There is criticism of the cleanliness around and in the hotel. There is rubbish almost everywhere outside and the windows are dirty.
The room looks superficially clean. However, when you look at the toilet roll holder, which is sinking in the dust, but also the mirrors that still have stripes, stainless steel applications that are colorfully clean.... The sink did not drain or drained very slowly. We were offered a room exchange.
There is a need for action. We are used to something different.
Pity"
"Also, you have to check in by yourself, and you have to pay a 50 euro deposit every time, and other hotels do not need it. If I go to Germany again, I will still go to the hotel without paying the deposit."
"Cleaner than I expected. The place isn't big, but it's very quiet, suitable for business trips. There's a large supermarket a five-minute walk away, which is convenient for shopping. The mattress is also quite firm and comfortable to sleep on."
"The room is large, well-equipped, and has good service. Although it is a bit old, it has its own style. The location is a bit remote. The nearest supermarket is a 20-minute walk away, and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to take a taxi to the city center."

Great
AAnonymous UserThere is no breakfast option when booking, and the hotel's pay-as-you-go breakfast fee is 29 euros per person per breakfast. The hotel is in a good location, right in the city center and close to the train station and everything.
GGuest UserRoom was clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was great, very good location, easy access to transport to the main central station, and city shopping centre, and very close to shops and restaurants.
AAnonymous UserEasy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms and very accessible. Very modern as well. I do wonder though how secure the mobile keys are. Everone with your first name and room number can enter your room’s door via the online site.
HHuotianzhiluBooked a quad room, and to my surprise, one of the beds was a pull-out hidden under the main bed. Wasn't too happy about that. Everything else was fine though; cleanliness was okay, and service was decent. The hotel is super close to the train station, and there are tons of shops and restaurants around. The area is quite lively, and you can even get some great pork knuckles there. And oh, the German draft beer is absolutely delicious!
GGuest UserHotel is new and looks good. Nice bed and good pressure on taps. Food wise the buffet for breakfast was nice. Just one issue please add German sausages to breakfast.
AAnonymous UserThe breakfast was wonderful. I was given a different room than what I booked, which led to some confusion with the occupancy tax – I was asked to pay it twice. The room, including the bathroom, was cozy and warm.
BBenginThis hotel is really good and right choice to stay during your trip in Hannover. İt is located in very near Hannover Central Station and Bus Station. The rooms are designed. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff are very kind and understanding. I strongly suggest this beautiful hotel.
BbigbeeThe room is quite big for Germany, clean, sanitary and comfortable. It is also close to the train station and can be reached on foot. The transportation location is good, not far from the airport. The hotel has simple meals and the pizza tastes good.
GGuest UserThis hotel is about 10 mins walk from Hannover Central Station. Its directly opposites an Indian restaurant and there are several small mini markets around the hotel. However, there are no larger super markets in the zone. There is Subway Sandwich bar is about 8 mins walk from the hotel. For the price, this hotel is good value of money. My room was located of level 3 of this hotel, and there was nice outlook with trees and historical homes in the nearby streets. Internet was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThere will be no private bathroom and elevator. My room has odd smell (from paint smell?). The public facilities are okay clean.
One of the shower didn’t work properly and the light automatically turned themselves off quickly. I had to wave my hands multiple times directly under the detector when I was showering.
Location is not convenient. I arrived during weekend and I can’t find any supermarket still open nearby. I had to go back to hbf eventually. But if you prepare well it is okay.
Overall it is acceptable.
