"This hotel is unexpectedly good, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff is great. My English is not very good, but the communication was joyful and everyone was very happy. We also saw our Huawei in Düsseldorf, which was great. The Deer Park is worth a visit."

"We booked a room that was a medium and then were upgraded to a bigger room for six nights. The room itself was quirky with a big comfortable bed. Great location too. Staff were prompt at fixing our clogged up sink and were friendly when we requested things. Breakfast was limited but fresh and well cooked. There is very limited storage or shelving space in the room, also no fridge. The shower in the room was an absolute nightmare and very difficult to use for a week given its tiny size. It also had great fluctuations in temperature depending on who was using water in other rooms."

Transportation nearby is convenient, with easy access to the Old Town, Königsallee, and the Central Station. You can also walk to Düsseldorf's Japanese-style architecture. "I stayed for 3 nights during the exhibition period, but the price of the night went up a lot, so it is not good value for money. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi to the exhibition hall. I arrived at night, and although it is a 4-star hotel, there is no free bottled water, and the price of water in the vending machine is expensive. There are only company offices and other hotels around the hotel, so you have to cross the bridge to find restaurants, cafes, and marts."

"The hotel is located a bit far from Düsseldorf, surrounded mostly by office buildings, making it potentially more suitable for business travelers. There is underground parking for €18 per day. The hotel appears to have been renovated recently; the furniture is relatively new, but the air conditioning, exhaust fan, and hairdryer are older models. The bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy; you need to turn off the bathroom light and wait a while for it to shut off. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities, and are relatively quiet at night. It's suitable for business travel. There's a Crowne Plaza nearby, which seems a bit better."
