"The hotel is about 1.1 kilometers straight from the train station's rear exit, which is a bit of a distance. You'll eventually have to carry your luggage up stairs (or drag it up a ramp) to reach the hotel. Alternatively, you can take the subway for one stop with your luggage and use the hotel's front entrance (though there are still stairs or a ramp to climb). Inside, the hotel is great: it has an elevator and air conditioning (not just a cooler). Check-in at the front desk was quick, and you can store your luggage after check-out (highly recommended)."

"Environment: You can transfer three stops at King's Avenue Station, and then walk about 10 minutes to the hotel. It is surrounded by parks and main roads, and DM is far away. Hygiene: When you check in, you will be asked whether you want to clean tomorrow or every few days. Service: The service staff are all good, but it is booked by Ctrip, so there is no IHG membership treatment, and the breakfast variety is quite rich. Facilities: There was a problem with the room 145 on the first floor at the beginning. The wall would make noises in the middle of the night... I changed rooms later."

"This was our second stay at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, and we were very happy with our visit. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and even included coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There were always snacks and water available in the lobby during check-in and check-out. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We would gladly return."

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere inside the hotel is comfortable and welcoming. One suggestion for improvement would be to add a small entertainment area, such as board games or family-friendly activities. This would make the hotel even more enjoyable for guests traveling with children. Another valuable addition would be an airport shuttle service. Although Düsseldorf Airport is quite close, taking a taxi from the hotel was surprisingly expensive for such a short distance. A shuttle taxi service would be a great convenience for guests and would further improve the overall experience. Even it was I wasn’t told about it Thank you for the excellent hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again."

"I really enjoy my stay here, the cleanliness, the superb service and friendly staffs, the comfort bed etc. The location is good for going nearby cities for a day trip. Though the surroundings is not pleasant with many homeless, the staff take extra care and also locked the entrance with card access only during the night so I feel very safe staying here. The gym is good with enough kits to meet daily workouts."

"Access: 18 minutes walk from Düsseldorf Central Station, and the train station is next door so it only takes a few minutes. It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearby station. I think the access is quite good. Cleanliness: The drains were clean. Service: They spoke German and English. I had the impression that most of the people were nice. The atmosphere was calm. Facilities and amenities: It seems that toothbrushes were available for free at the reception. They were not provided in the room. Also, there were no slippers, so I thought it might be better to bring some. I was shocked that the bath was made of transparent glass. It might be good for couples. Also, a city tax of a few euros is charged. Overall, I'm glad I stayed at this hotel. I felt that the service and amenities were solid."
