"The service was tip top from the check-in till the end. The service of Lucas and Hedric was attentive, meticulous and very helpful to my needs. I was exhausted and jet lag due to the trade show business plus it was my first time staying in the city centre. So rhe clean room and warm sincere treatment from the staff brightened me up. I appreciate the lovely loft room view of the city and also the great roof top bar. Thank u."

"We booked a room that was a medium and then were upgraded to a bigger room for six nights. The room itself was quirky with a big comfortable bed. Great location too. Staff were prompt at fixing our clogged up sink and were friendly when we requested things. Breakfast was limited but fresh and well cooked. There is very limited storage or shelving space in the room, also no fridge. The shower in the room was an absolute nightmare and very difficult to use for a week given its tiny size. It also had great fluctuations in temperature depending on who was using water in other rooms."

"The elevator to the guest rooms only stopped on odd-numbered floors, and since my room was on the 3rd floor, I had to carry my suitcase, which weighed over 20kg, up from the reception on the 2nd floor, which was quite a hassle. It was also disappointing that there was no refrigerator in the room."

"I really enjoy my stay here, the cleanliness, the superb service and friendly staffs, the comfort bed etc. The location is good for going nearby cities for a day trip. Though the surroundings is not pleasant with many homeless, the staff take extra care and also locked the entrance with card access only during the night so I feel very safe staying here. The gym is good with enough kits to meet daily workouts."

Service: The front desk staff was particularly arrogant, not only impatient but also very pushy. They gave me a cheaper room than the expensive one I booked, and it only got resolved after I complained. Unfriendly, especially the chubby girl."

Bathroom amenities small but if average quality and room with balcony a good solution 2 minutes walking distances from famous Kö! Would recommend for solo travels ! Best regards"

"The hotel is about 1.1 kilometers straight from the train station's rear exit, which is a bit of a distance. You'll eventually have to carry your luggage up stairs (or drag it up a ramp) to reach the hotel. Alternatively, you can take the subway for one stop with your luggage and use the hotel's front entrance (though there are still stairs or a ramp to climb). Inside, the hotel is great: it has an elevator and air conditioning (not just a cooler). Check-in at the front desk was quick, and you can store your luggage after check-out (highly recommended)."
