The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Heidelberg train station. It's also not too far from the main tourist area, about a 20-minute walk. The hotel has parking available for 25 euros a day, and the restaurant is on the top floor. Overall, it's pretty good.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was able to.check in early without extra cpsts and could leave my luggage at reception the next day. They could suggest sights to see and gave me a sightseeing map.the room.was vig enough, clean and tidy, but it did not have a kettle and cups for making tea.

First off, the apartment is very spacious. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is large, and while it doesn't have a separate shower and dry area, it's fully equipped with everything you need, and the hot water is fast and plentiful. The soundproofing for sleeping is also excellent. Secondly, the amenities are comprehensive. It has all the pots, pans, dishcloths, brushes, knives, forks, and cutting boards you could ask for. There's also a kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range hood, iron, and hairdryer. A quick tip: you must turn on the range hood before using the induction hob – just pull it out, and it starts automatically. Lastly, the bedroom is large with plenty of tables, and the bed is a good size too, with a comfortable mattress and lots of pillows for a great night's sleep. Everything feels very new and in excellent condition! There are a few drawbacks: The laundry room costs extra, though the gym is free. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, which might be due to high demand on weekends, but you can store your luggage and explore beforehand. Oh, and check-out is at 11 AM! It's right next to Heidelberg's main train station, which is super convenient for catching trains. We checked out half an hour early and still ended up waiting 25 minutes at the station!

The price of 160 euros (including breakfast 10 euros) per night is mainly given to these five invincible locations, by the Neka River, by the ancient bridge, the window can see the copper monkey. The traditional small single room is very suitable for one person to travel. Recommended breakfast is very rich.

Rooms are cozy and tidy. Amenities and facilities are sufficient I would say. Breakfast was definitely delightful, with the glass ceiling and amazing service, what a way to stay the day! Location wise, it’s okay convenient. It depends on how you are travelling. It is very close to the bus and tram station and of course the Christmas markets and shopping streets. But it is a bit far to the Train Station.

The location is unique! Go out and turn right 20 meters is the copper monkey! The waiter is very good, there are apples in the elevator room to take. There is a hot water bottle without slippers. Breakfast also has cheese cake! good. However, the hotel sent an email at 1 pm on the day of check-in, there was no hot water, either could not take a bath or change the hotel. Very affecting the mood! However, Trip.com communication was very fast and compensation was given. We later decided to stay at this hotel and did not take a bath. People who book this hotel have to be careful about hot water system problems.

The location is very good, there are many foods nearby, very close to the shopping street pedestrian street. Self-driving parking for 19 euros a day, and after checking out the next day, we agreed to let us continue to park for a while. Great hotel. Clean, good location, by the Neka River, a few minutes walk from the old bridge, next to the Heidelberg University canteen, there is a bus stop at the door, although close to the river, but very quiet. The interior is not luxurious, but very warm. Send an email in advance to communicate the check-in time, reply quickly, the front desk service is efficient and very thoughtful. After the staff is off work, it is very convenient to use the password to enter and exit by themselves. I like it very much and will choose to stay in the future.

The accommodation experience is average. The main reason is that the road at the entrance is under construction, and the road at the entrance is blocked.
