"Clean and hygienic. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. It's right next to the train station, making transportation incredibly convenient. You can also take bus 20 for about 15 minutes to reach the Old Town, which is perfect for exploring and visiting the castle. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is very new and spotlessly clean. Highly, highly recommend! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍"

"Rooms are cozy and tidy. Amenities and facilities are sufficient I would say. Breakfast was definitely delightful, with the glass ceiling and amazing service, what a way to stay the day! Location wise, it’s okay convenient. It depends on how you are travelling. It is very close to the bus and tram station and of course the Christmas markets and shopping streets. But it is a bit far to the Train Station."

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was able to.check in early without extra cpsts and could leave my luggage at reception the next day. They could suggest sights to see and gave me a sightseeing map.the room.was vig enough, clean and tidy, but it did not have a kettle and cups for making tea."

"First off, the apartment is very spacious. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is large, and while it doesn't have a separate shower and dry area, it's fully equipped with everything you need, and the hot water is fast and plentiful. The soundproofing for sleeping is also excellent. Secondly, the amenities are comprehensive. It has all the pots, pans, dishcloths, brushes, knives, forks, and cutting boards you could ask for. There's also a kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range hood, iron, and hairdryer. A quick tip: you must turn on the range hood before using the induction hob – just pull it out, and it starts automatically. Lastly, the bedroom is large with plenty of tables, and the bed is a good size too, with a comfortable mattress and lots of pillows for a great night's sleep. Everything feels very new and in excellent condition! There are a few drawbacks: The laundry room costs extra, though the gym is free. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, which might be due to high demand on weekends, but you can store your luggage and explore beforehand. Oh, and check-out is at 11 AM! It's right next to Heidelberg's main train station, which is super convenient for catching trains. We checked out half an hour early and still ended up waiting 25 minutes at the station!"

"The Chester Hotel is surrounded by professional schools and is just 4 km from the old town. The train tram is available from the stop ”Oxenkopf” to the ”Bismarckplatz”. Parking are rar. At the hotel they cost EUR 9 per day. The old receptionist was friendly, the alleged grueled boss, who should give us another room, however, not. He didn't believe our booking requirements although we had it written. The rooms and beds are good, we missed only one water cooker and tea/cafe. We only noticed rare noises. The breakfast is good, the staff friendly but under-occupied. So they unfortunately do not get it to fill the buffet early! The cleaning staff entered our room on the day of departure, without clopping, more than an hour before check-out, This is unacceptable!"

"The hotel is right next to Heidelberg University and parking is very convenient. Breakfast is simple, but it feels good I opened the window in the room where I could see the church, and I was woken up by the bell of the church's holy gods early in the morning"

"유럽에서 방문한 호스텔 중 최고였습니다. 시설도 좋은데 무엇보다 호스텔 Staff의 친절함이 정말 좋았습니다. 밤기차를 타고가서 호스텔 문을 열자마자 짐을 두러 들어갔는데, 친절하게 맞아 주셨습니다. 그리고 체크인 시간 이전에 먼저 와서 쉴 수 있게 준비해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 시설도 좋습니다. 주방에 있는 시리얼, 커피, 차도 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 위치도 하이델베르크 성 바로 밑에 있어서 관광지에 다니기 좋습니다. 다음에 와도 무조건 다시 이용할 것 같습니다. 추천합니다!☺️"

"The advantage is that it is a quiet neighborhood, not crowded, and there is a large supermarket nearby, so shopping is easy. Parking was free in front of the hotel and smart TV was available. I was able to watch Netflix The downside was that the soundproofing wasn't good, so there was a lot of noise between floors, and the hallway was a bit noisy. There were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes."

"Traveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. Very nice and smiley staff makes one feel truly welcomed. Ample parking space. Fair selection of foods for breakfast. I would most certainly choose Leonardo Hotel Heidelberg when I return to this city."
