The hotel feels new and modern, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooftop restaurant and bar are also a highlight, with a nice atmosphere and a good place to relax in the evening. There are also bakeries and shops nearby, which makes it convenient for breakfast, snacks, or anything you might need during the stay. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel that I would happily stay at again."

"This isn't our first time staying at this chain of hotels. The staff is polite, the beds and mattresses are comfortable, and there's a kettle in the room, with one cup of tea and coffee in sticks, two glasses, and two cups. There's no refrigerator. During our two-night stay, we noticed that the towels weren't changed or the trash taken out, but I'm sure the staff would be happy to assist if you're concerned. The iron clothes racks at this particular hotel aren't very convenient: there's no closet, and the racks are located in the middle of the room, making it easy to accidentally hit your head. Sharing a blanket between two people is also inconvenient—I requested two separate blankets in my message, but apparently the staff doesn't always honor these requests, or doesn't read them. Please note that you will be required to pay an additional tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night upon check-in."

"I was a bit disappointed with the hotel for this price range. The rooms were functionally furnished, but there could have been more toiletries. The room was quite small, despite a large book. The entire hotel was far too cold. The air conditioning in the room could unfortunately only cool, not heat when requested, because it was really cold. The dining room and bar were also far too cold. As I said, I expected more nice things when paying so much for one night. Breakfast was okay."

Parking on the street is also paid, I believe it's around €15 per day. As the night progresses and things get quieter, the sound of the air conditioning can be a bit disturbing. I would recommend the hotel."

"We booked this for a short stop in Heidelberg after our flight from the US before further travel. We wanted to find accommodations that were more roomy than a standard hotel. What I didn’t realize when I booked the room was that it is not a full service hotel but rather more of a luxurious extended stay apartment ( in a beautifully refurbished former cigar factory!). And what a nice surprise: Gibreel contacted us ahead of time to inquire about any requests we’d have for stocking food; he greeted us promptly on arrival and was always available for help with anything we might need, day or night. He’d made a point not only to stock the fridge with our requested food, but to also make sure he left some freshly baked croissants from a local bakery! The 2 bedroom suite was modern, beautifully furnished, well equipped (full kitchen!) and perfectly maintained, in a very nice quiet neighborhood just about 1km from the Old Town. It’s a great apartment setup for anyone needing a room for an extended stay for business (great WiFi), medical or other reasons. A big thanks to Gibreel for making our stay so easy and comfortable!"

"Heidelberg is worth visiting, it is a very comfortable city. First of all, the hotel is very close to the highway exit. Although it is on the side, it is very convenient to go to the central square. Parking on the roadside is free. The front desk guy is very humorous and street free. Of course, if you want to be safe, you can also park in the parking lot next to it for 10 euros. Secondly, although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is still OK and not crowded. The family room for three people is enough and feels quite warm. Finally, Heidelberg is beautiful in the morning. Walking on the Philosopher's Trail and overlooking the entire old town of Heidelberg is still very impressive. In addition, Heidelberg Castle is also worth going up. Looking at the old town from here, you can take pictures of the red bricks and white walls on the postcard."

"Not a great stay. The room was hot and stuffy - no Aircon, just a really loud fan. The fridge in the room made the loudest noise ever so you couldn't keep it on overnight without being startled awake. There was a stain on my pillowcase, and I found clumps of hair in the towels. The shower also didn't work properly if you put up the temperature, and the hair dryer in the bathroom clicks off after 2 minutes because it over heats. Honestly, the only good thing about this hotel is it's about 3 minutes away from the main strip to walk into old town. But I would pick somewhere else before choosing this one. Maybe the more expensive rooms are better, but it's a tired hotel with old 70s decor throughout so I wouldn't hold much hope. Room 104 is the one I was in, so ask to change if you get it!"
