We only have sleeped 1 night. The house, at times protected, appears from outside like an old youth hostel, but only outside. We were very friendly welcomed although we were there too early. We could deliver baggage and explore the city something more. Personnel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was top. Just a great hotel for people who just want to destroy their heads

We were the first time there and we booked directly for the summer. Childcare is a good thing, we have only been able to get our daughter out of it. The restaurants were all the delicious and the service staff very professional. The situation is super, you can drive in all directions and what to do. The spa area is one of the most beautiful we have experienced before and we have already experienced some hotels in the category. So the stay was just perfect it did not miss anything.

It is a quiet and beautiful four-star hotel. In the suburbs, you need to take three bus stops from the city! About 15 minutes! There is a forest behind the hotel, and the air is fresh and beautiful! The only downside is that the curtains on the windows of the street are only halfway. They can't completely cover the windows, and the privacy is not enough! I don't understand what the Germans think, after the replacement of the room, the front desk helped upgrade to the room facing the woods, there are roller blinds covering the windows, free upgraded rooms, the front desk guys are particularly warm and friendly 😊, impressive!

The hotel is centrally located at the city port tram station and is clean and maintained. Unfortunately, the staff always appeared to be revised. In the registration area, many people are always looking for something from the reception, that would not be the case if you were to work it quickly. There are digital terminals, but they are not used by anyone because they probably do not meet the customer's wishes and needs. Our room was in the third floor in the outer corner and was very small, we had no effort to stick over our own bag. A family with several children nearby, we realized it immediately at 5 a.m., then it was soundly shouted by the thin walls. I don't know why we were done this illness. In fact, we wanted to try the hotel chain, but it was unfortunately unable to convince. Breakfast is charged extra with €13.90 per person, we find it very expensive, since we went next to one of these supermarkets and picked us up a sweet particle and coffee from the machine, since I was with €1.50 per person with. As the buffet is, I cannot say, but it is clear that it was quite noisy and uncomfortable there, you could not really have been able to have breakfast in peace. Comprehensible, the family probably sat back there and has noisy told everyone how present they can be. For one night we find this hotel perfectly suitable, but more not. Here, the price must finally convince you to buy the many disadvantages.

Equipment simply but senseful and clean. Community baths have fallen out of time and ensure noise in the night. Price/performance is not given, construction noise, breakfast is not included.

The location of the hotel is ”Super” right next to the pedestrian zone. The locals in the direct environment work with the hotel. There you can have breakfast and dinner and you can also have greeting drinks. The single rooms are something hidden, but it does not have any disadvantage. I have been very good sleeping – I was satisfied and would, if I had to book again to Rostock.
