"Stayed for one night prior to departing on a cruise. Very close location to the port and train station. We walked to the cruise port with our luggage. Rooms are tiny - just enough for us to sleep and leave luggage. Bed was comfortable. Cute hand written note and snacks in the room USB charges by the bed - perfect Bathroom was amazing - nice shower ! Beautiful patio on the first floor. Breakfast buffet was yummy - pancakes and eggs made to order. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We checked in very late and left early the next day. However, it was a great place to start our vacation. Close to the beach and lots of nice places to see! Blinds and chair in room could use a better cleaning. Would recommend!"

"My husband and me stayed here with our dog, and it was pretty good! The location is great, next to the water, and very easy to reach with the S-Bahn or tram from Rostock Hbf. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and we had a very quiet air conditioner (which you can control). They have snacks/coffee machine next to the reception, just in case, but the hotel is next to a couple of supermarkets and a Rossmann. The only thing we missed was a fridge, and also tried to borrow an iron but they don't offer that service either. Nothing special, but it covers the basics for a short trip!"

The location is super, we have all driven by road rail, S rail or bus, the tickets were included in the charge. Breakfast was very good and rich. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the parking for €13 in the deep garage was also okay. If I come back to Rostock, then surely in this hotel."

"We have been coming to the resort about as much as 1-2 once a year since 2020. We were always very satisfied with the whole resort but we had to see year by year that the performance is decreasing. The houses could have so slowly needed a small make-over and to see it clearly was in the restaurant. Quality and choice have slowed, actually hurt!"

"It's a bit of an old hotel. There's no air conditioning and the bathroom ventilation is broken. However, it's located right in front of the beach and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many menus... but the staff are very friendly!!!"

"The rooms are dark and poorly lit. The worst is the restaurant. Last night I had a decent duck dish but there were more bones in it than a prehistoric archaeological dig. Tonight I ordered the duck burger. It arrived pasted in grease. I had two bites and sent it back. The female manager confronted me and said it was perfect. She did not even consider my views. How are you supposed to eat a burger when the bun is greasy? She was right and I was wrong, in her view. Another great example of a family run hotel who will not learn from their customers. She did not even offer an alternative. No customer service at all. I don’t like to give bad reviews but this place needs to be avoided. You only have yourselves to blame and you just do not see it."

Heartful reception, friendly, competent and open- a warm welcome, so what goes beyond the site ;) Our dog was a pleasant guest to pay for him was €10 extra. All was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom super equipped and a parking space on the ground - wonderful! Photos match up to date impressions, I just added the good night rubber bears- really sweet idea ; ) The service team was particularly highlighted here - really careful and friendly, from reception to cleaning team top!"
