"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We paid around €1,000 for a two-night stay, which was extremely overpriced considering the overall experience we had. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and came across as unwilling to assist guests. The breakfast was poor, with a very limited selection. Once items ran out, they were not replenished, leaving many guests with very little to choose from. Another unpleasant surprise was being charged a €20 fee after losing the room key. This fee was never explained or disclosed to us during check-in, which I found unfair and lacking in transparency. For the price we paid, I expected excellent service and hospitality. Instead, we left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others."

"Very good location right on the beach. House and apartment very clean. Great offer for children. Restaurant right on the beach. Unfortunately, the kitchen equipment is insufficient-cups and pan too small, no vessels are suitable for microwave, only 2 cooking plates -for family too mini!"

"It's a bit of an old hotel. There's no air conditioning and the bathroom ventilation is broken. However, it's located right in front of the beach and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many menus... but the staff are very friendly!!!"

"The hotel that offers a nice and not too far away access to the Beach - Warnemünde. At the same time if a severe weather shows up, there is a warm pool available at the hotel. The breakfast was pretty nice. Sadly the Sauna as it is common in the german culture is taken naked, but hopefully that will change for the best for the future and then more people will be able to enjoy it. The small market near by the Hotel is good enough and in general cheaper than some big Supermarkets."

"Our claim was to find a clean, convenient and well-located accommodation for one night in the weekend trip - and that's what we have here! Heartful reception, friendly, competent and open- a warm welcome, so what goes beyond the site ;) Our dog was a pleasant guest to pay for him was €10 extra. All was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom super equipped and a parking space on the ground - wonderful! Photos match up to date impressions, I just added the good night rubber bears- really sweet idea ; ) The service team was particularly highlighted here - really careful and friendly, from reception to cleaning team top!"
